The interview shall take place in two locations in the country, Lagos and Abuja..

After the interview, all things being equal we should get feedback late April or early May.

An update from a former colleague who hold a strategic position at NCDMB

I called her to assist me and she said the challenge is that 94000 people applied and the slot is only for 100 and even with shortlisting at 75%, the number is still very high. They will still prune down to 100.

Theres really nothing she can do.

I scored 72% and I think its time to move on.

Quite painful but it is what it is....

I haven't been through a FG hiring process before so I can't say anything about this insinuated documentation gist. And it might not hold water because even the person that told me I don't know how accurate the information is. I didn't hear that one from the ES mouth.

I won't say don't pm me but to be honest this is all the information I have on the whole NCDMB situation at the moment. I'm currently looking for more details, also looking for how to ensure I do get the job and more information that are more relevant if I actually get the job like pay, location and the rest.

Thankfully it's not going to take long anymore, March is around the corner and before you know it APLs will start flying. I'll just advice not loosing all hope till the end especially if you didn't get the email and you passed the cut off, who knows what may happen.

We asked if there's anyway he can help and he asked our scores and said if you didn't meet the cut off there's nothing he can do. Also if you have strong strong connect and you didn't do too terrible in the exams, try your luck maybe you might not be currently on the list but might have a chance before the emails get sent out.

He didn't specify what number of EH and GT 's and tbh nobody asked, that didn't seem like a priority to anybody there at that moment.

Cause it was already speculated here before that the interview might not hold and APL will just be shared.

The NCDMB in-house HR team and the consultants had a virtual meeting yesterday and will be having another on Sunday. The invites for test will roll in by next week. They've assigned staff to different physical test locations across the country.

There are 40k plus applicants that met the advertised requirements across the country with the North East with the lowest number of about 170 persons and the South South has the highest.

They talked about reducing the number of the eligible applicants to much lower than the current 40k plus.

The advertised recruitment will be 100% merit based. The other mode of recruitment is also ongoing. They even packaged an APL yesterday in their Abuja Office for dispatch.

I pray God gives me my APL before the test commences. God's grace and favour to all of us here. Thank you.

I totally get what you're saying but hear me out. I can't confirm or deny the credibility of the person's claim but what if the CBN HR person has direct connect to the ES or top people who gave the person credible info..

Just saying. Every body has who they are connected to. There is a difference in the level of connect but don't just discredit someone's reality.

For your info i served in Ncdmb at onopa close to government house ,so I laugh when I see some details here and there. I just talked with a staff and most of them don't know the date for the interview at times decisions arent known by staffs but the ES and directors alone not even managers depends on there closeness to the ES. Instead of giving predictions here and there let's learn to relax and not wrong info ,no CBN HR staff knows anything about Ncdmb when even the HR staffs in Ncdmb doesn't know so please don't be too much in a hurry I advice you learn a skill and pray for the best for now before they decide to start the recruitment and mind you is solely on man no man with few slots from people from the link is a place I know so well .
