Barrytone: I go for secondary markets and take tenors that matured same season then I converge and invest in primary bid. I bid once a year in primary market and severally in secondary market. Like now, I have bills for September and October,, 3, 10, 31,17. So first November auction will be my jackpot and the circle continues. Thank you very much. I got the message. Implementation made easy for me. Once again, thanks for your selfless effort. |

Barrytone: Thanks boss, I am investing monthly and converge all at my calendar year end. I do an average of 27m annually but nothing less than 500k monthly. Had a 20 years plan that got me to 2032 with over 800m. With that capital, I can comfortably achieve my billion mark in next 2 years. The way am surpassing targets, I might still meet up before 2032 by God's special grace. Amen. On compounding, I don't compound, I invest and reinvest the interest on secondary market and continue till I have the amount I will use. Chairman, Thanks for your wonderful explanation. However, i need further clarifications. I intend to align my investment objectives inline with your cash projection. Does it mean that your monthly subscriptions, all have different maturity dates, for them to converge into year calendar end? Thereby enabling you to subscribe for your annually Tbill. I look forward to your kind response. |

Barrytone: it took me over 6months to understudy and commence tbills trading, I have not understudy mmf so cant advice. I invest on tbills monthly as I end salary then I use the upfront to survive so therefore I cant afford to tie down that upfront. just began understudying bdc biz. it seems cool, when am satisfied will delve to bdc. meanwhile there is a thread for mmf. locate the thread and read up. on apologies, I learnt a lot here and owe the house everything I know, someone answered my questions when I started. you are always welcome. Chairman, I want to use this medium to thank you for your invaluable contribution towards treasure bills investment education. Your exposition and thorough explanation is quite commendable and insightful. However, i will like you to throw more light on your monthly Tbills subscription, because i was wondering how the effect of compounding interest will take place, if your keep taking the interest upfront without compounding it. Ultimately, meeting the target of 1B on a planned date may not add up. I will appreciate your kind response. |

Bros, I'm interested in your weekly Excel spread sheet price forecast. Please can you kindly avail me your mailing address? I look forward to receiving your kind response. yok: TIME OUT – THE MARKET IS BECOMING CLOUDY- NEED FOR TIME OUT For the past six trading days, the market has been in a trading range. Although the week closed on the positive side at 37,120.28 for the week. The chart is sort of hesitating from going higher at close to a resistance level, thus to avoid buying close to resistance point, this week will be a good period to wait and see what the market will do, as we are all waiting for the last major rally expected for the end of the year.
There are so many equities with good 3rd quarter report for which the market is yet to respond. Probably the next 2 weeks may start throwing up new sets of major price gainers. Those that have shown substantial gains recently seems to be getting tired, example is Dangote Flour
Based on last price forcast for some equities in week just ended the actual result is below plus the expectation for next week.
If you are interested in the excel for the weekly price forecast, you can mail me and I forward to you.

currentprice: Oga currentprice, Please how can i determine fair price of a stock, having calculated the FREE CASH FLOW TO EQUITY?
I'll appreciate your prompt response.
learnt this on SMN from big boss by handle "dr abraham"God bless him
the formula for the cash flow from operation (CFO) = PAT+ depreciation +/- working capital change
he said and i quote,,,,, if you want to dig further to see if the company have any cash left for the shareholder. deduct capital expenditure from CFO and that is the FREE CASH FLOW TO EQUITY
check his profile on SMN you will lean alot from him.
note; this is just one of the metrics for predicting whether or not the company can pay us dividend and it good metrics for those dividend seekng investors |

emmanuelewumi: Thanks Kam045 for your kind words, I saw PM but as a matter of personal policy I don't usually respond to PMs. Kindly ask your questions here, so that we can all learn and contribute. Thanks for your prompt response. However, i am currently going through your educative articles on Jarushub, which i stumbled on by chance. My intention for sending PM to you, was to pick your brain, on how you were able to transit from paid employment into CEO of your plethora of businesses? I'll appreciate your timely response. |

Good Morning Sir, Your well thought out loan analysis made my day. I usually have phobia for taking loan, but with your analysis, i need to take the bull by the horn.
However, i 'll need your guidance to navigate the financial terrain. I'll inbox you shortly.
Once again, thanks for your insightful analysis.
Good question, you a question which 97% of bank customers will ask.
I suggest you get a book titled"Getting rich with other people's money" by Paul Sarnoff.
Currently have about 10 Treasury bills investments with staggered maturity periods.
I used one of my TB as a collateral for a loan of N1 million in July 2017, interest rate was 25% while the duration is for 1 year. Monthly payment is about 95k for 12 months which will amount to N1.14 million, processing, management fees etc is 30k. At the completion of the loan payment, I would have paid N1.17 million.
I bought Zenith Bank shares with the loan @ N22, UBA shares @ N8.50, Lafarge WAPCO shares at N52.
Now Zenith bank is over N25, UBA is about N10, Lafarge WAPCO is N60.
I am expecting interim dividends from Zenith and UBA in 2 weeks time, final dividends from the 3 companies at the end of this financial year, as the country is getting out of recession I am expecting further capital appreciation.
I am enjoying both worlds of my TB investment that is running and the returns from my further investment in the capital market.
NB. Don't try this if you lack deep knowledge of leveraging and what you want to invest in.
If I liquidate my loan before the 12 months my financing cost will be lower.[/quote] |

PETERiCHY: Its crystal clearly the current Morgan capital management is now playing pranks with investors fund.
I sold all my stocks last week and my payment date was due yesterday.
Last night I was told that my account has been funded but Uptil now I haven't receive any alert.
Upon all the countless phone calls and email I have been sending since last week.
Today they came up with any story that my fidelity bank account is rejecting their payment.
God bears me witness just I received over 1million Naira through the same fidelity account about 2weeks ago and with the same account I got paid on 2 occasion when the owner was still alive.
I had operated the same account for about 10yrs all of a sudden it's rejecting MORGAN CAPITAL PAYMENT.
WELL WHOEVER KNOW THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT SHOULD BETTER WARN THEM NOT TO DARE JOKE WITH MY FUND. Ladies $ Gentlemen, Morgan capital group e-mail addresses seems to be bouncing back. I have sent mail severally but keep bouncing back. I need to withdraw my cash resident in my stock broking account with Morgan. Any information to the speedy resolution of this issue will be highly appreciated. |
