adaye: It was 30k when I purchased it. Currently goes for 26-27k. Still great considering the screen estate(which matters to me and all big screen aficionados). The n7 was just used to illustrate my satisfaction with a techno smartphone which I used extensively.

@Adaye, did you just said N7 is a great phone at that price(30k)? okay what can you say about M3 of 13k that has the same specs(except for the screen size) with the N7, dual core cpu, 512 ram, 4gb rom, 5mp camera. tecno M3 has an even better gaming experience becouse it has a better GPU (Mali 400) as against the SGX531 on the N7. fact is N7 is over priced you should centered ur arguiment on phantom A+ only.

it might be network, but some channels are simply not accessible on sybla tv cos i have experienced such problem but majority of the channels work pretty well, so keep trying.

I did some research on the alleged Tecno N5, and from what i saw on tencno's website, there are indications that the phone did exist but maybe not yet completed or the project was cancelled. just search for N5 here http://www.tecno-mobile.com/products/search

lexrichy: wow this phone plays 720p HD videos with its default video player I relied on mx player on my l3 when playing HD videos. games tested so far fifa 12 riptide gp2 and most wanted plays smoothly.

Now this phone is getting interesting!

opera mini is not a built-in app, you can safely unistall and re-install it whenever you wish no stress.

HTC titan is a windows phone 7.5, it is not an android phone but it's also a good phone if you can cope with the limitations of windows phone, no bluetooth sharing, no any defined file manager. i think the f7 would be better, but if you must get a HTC then try other models like sensation 4g, inspire 4g, Evo 3D or one x.

whoever having a problem with operamini on L3 or M3 should dload either operamini next or or opera classic from playstore, but if you still prefer the normal operamini then by all means uninstall it then dload and install directly from playstore.

I'm very impressed with the reviews on this phone. the antutu benchmark result has cleared all my doubts, the CPU is truely dual core(L3 is single core) GPU is mali 400 meaning it can handled FIFA 12 without any lag or field glitches(unlike the L3) the camera is 5mp better than L3's 3mp and the battery? well most of the users says it's okay, besides i'm used to N3's battery of the same capacity therefore it won't be an issue to me, it all depends on how you manage ur battery. Now i have found the best phone which can replace my rugged N3. M3 is the best budget android from tecno, better than N3,D3,B3,P3 and L3 getting mine next week.

you still don't get it, and i believe we are all here to learn something from each other. Power VR SGX531 is an old GPU introduced in 2010 and we are talking about fifa 2012 here, why would they consider an outdated GPU when the tech world has already moved on with the latest ones around Adreno 205 and higer, Mali 400, Power VR SGX540 and SGX544. hope you understand my point.

And about dat Fifa 12 issue, Fifa is not d only soccer game on dis planet, D reason for dat field glitch is NOT ur fone's fault, it is EA's (D makers of d game) fault.. Havnt u wondered y dere is no FiFa 13 for android? Dat Fifa 12 was a rushed game, so its filled with glitches

there wasn't any field glitches when i played the game on Tecno N3 except that slow motion, HTC mytoucht 4g also handled it nicely no field glitches no lags at all, so was the case with Tecno M3. so dude next time blame the chipset on your L3 not EA games.

No it does'nt require any root access, just download antutu benchmark from play store and install it then run the test.

claycares: Corporate liars. MT6577 and its variants are NOT quadcore but dual core cortex A9 SoC. You don't have to deceive to sell.

As for the PPI, it should be around 221 going by the massive 5.0inch screen. That's over stretch like in a 2011 device

so the phone is still a dual core like A1? mtsewww.

I like everything about this phone except the poor battery, it's the main reason why i had to sell it off.
