Politics › Re: Beautiful Igbo Girl Speaks On Biafra And Experience Living In Kano...Must Watch! by Kanana(m): 12:55pm On Jun 12, 2017 |
I just cant comprehend what the Igbos really want anymore. You ve made much noise on having a Biafra and the North has issued you with a "sack letter". So expectedly Igbos should have left the North by now and move back to that gully eroded enclave. But alas the music has changed to " we cant leave our hard earned assets behind". Werent you aware of this before you allowed a London okrika selling albino to lead you astray?
Yeah the flat nosed girl with a pushed up bra emotionally narrated how she and her family got it bad in the North. But worse scenario happens to the mainly menial Northerners in the East as enlightened Northerners avoid staying in the East like the plague because they know how inhospitable and wicked the igbos are to themselves not to talk of outsiders. Such incidence dont get reported because those mostly affected are always the unlearned but surely no igbo can deny such barbaric acts happening.
Despite the threat and declaration the igbos are not willing to leave the North for the East. That should tell the Biafrauds that other igbos would rather stay in the North rather than go back to the East as that will be worse than anything that could ever happen to them where they are. |

Go to the east and tell me how many federal investhments are there? Hmmm! I pity the marginalised Igbo folks. But who is marginalising the igbos and how? Dont they hve elected and appointed reps? Were the igbos marginalised during the GEJ administration when their folks were calling the shot? Maybe the igbos need to realise that in Naija the elites "marginalise" the masses in all the regions. Hmmm! Surely one of the positives of the Kaduna Declaration is getting the Igbos outside the "gully eroded enclave" to start reasoning and speaking out against Nnamdi Kanu and his evil agenda.
Now that most igbos have realised what the aftermath of gaining a nationhood could amount to i hope they would rally round and send the "okrika selling" Nnamdi Kanu back to London so he could get on with his business. |

Well we all know why they fled to the North with such huge investment. The East is not conducive simple. And now since your gra gra have made the North to issue you with a "sack letter" i wonder if the eroded terrain will accomodate the flock of biafrauds that will be heading back home. |
Politics › Re: What Really South East Contribute To The Nigerian Economy by Kanana(m): 11:27am On Jun 10, 2017 |
GreatNegro: Here is a brief review of the resources of the South East region: Abia state This is the commercial hub of fabrics in Igbo land. The state is gifted with human and natural resources meet for fabrics such as clothes, shoes and other wears. The ingenuity of the Abia people lies in their somewhat mystical talent to construct and reconstruct whatever design of wears and fabrics ordered on them. Created in 1991, from the old Eastern, partly from Imo which it bears boundary with, Abia was included to the other 8 Niger Delta states as an oil producing state in Nigeria. Although its capital is Umuahia, its commercial hub is Aba, an ancient city busied with heavy economic activities which had harboured the British outpost. Abia is blessed with numerous resources which if explored will no doubt set the state as one of the very best in the world. Here are the natural/mineral resources in Abia state: Laterite, Tar, Crude Oil, Natural Gas, Lead, Zinc, Flora like Iroko, Mahogany, Obeche, Bamboo, Rubber Tree and Oil Palm, Gypsum, Limestone, Iron Or. Exceptions to these resources aforementioned are the yet to be discovered ones believed so to say, to be domiciled in the state. Anambra State Anambra a name concocted by the British who for their intellectual deficiency of phonological ological interference, were incapable of pronouncing the real name “Oma Mbala,” a name the native people got from their river, Mbala, yet startles the mind of the immeasurable capacity of its people to drive success and development and their distinct ability in dispensing their skills to irk out a living even virtually out of nothing. As ancient as it is, it is one of the newest states created in 1991 with its capital at Awka and commercial hubs as Onitsha, Nnewi, Ekwulobia, Ihiala and some other viable ones. Commonly called by its slogan “home for all,” Anambra borders Enugu to the East, Imo and Rivers state to the North and Delta to the West. The state is blessed with the following resources: Bauxite, Natural Gas, Crude Oil, Rubber; not forgetting that it has 30 Trillion cubic feet of Gas, deposit of coal. Ebonyi State Just like Anambra and Abia states, the people of Ebonyi are primarily business. Carved from Abia and Enugu state by Abacha in 1996, Ebonyi stands as one of the best agriculturally progressive states in Nigerian. They started off from, though rapidly growing beyond it, subsistent farming. First of its natural resources is land. The land in Ebonyi state including its capital, Abakiliki is a major wealth creator in the state as many of its indigenes engage in Agriculture as their major source of living and creating wealth. Amongst the numerous quite indispensable products produced in the state are rice, yam, potatoes, maize, beans, and cassava in Nigeria. Rice and yams are predominantly cultivated in Edda, a region within the state. The resources of the state include: Lead, Crude Oil, and Natural Gas, but Few Large-scale commercial mines and huge limestone deposit in Nkalagu The state government has, however, given several incentives to investors in the agro-allied sector to encourage production. Ebonyi is called "the salt of the nation" for its huge salt deposit at the Okposi and Uburu Salt Lakes. Others include Sale, Zinc, Lead, Natural Gas, Crude Oil, Gold and other Solid Minerals. Enugu State The coal city (state) and its people share some similarity in business mindedness. Enugu was the capital of the old Anambra state and was split with Anambra in 1991, still retains its capital as Enugu. Commercially viable cities in Enugu state are Enugu town, Agbani, Awgu, Udi, Oji-River, and Nsukka, the home of University of Nigeria, Nsukka which is the first ever indigenous University in Nigeria. Enugu is well endowed with Coal which is where it derives its slogan “Coal City state” from. Other resources include: Zinc, Lead, Oil. Imo State Though it is usually regarded as more educationally minded with its people more seemingly more engaged in academics than business in comparison with other parts of Igbo land especially Anambra and Ebonyi, Imo state is yet blessed with natural resources aside the intellectual resources with Owerri as its capital and commercial hub, borders with Abia State on the East, by the River Niger and Delta State on the west, by Anambra State to the north and Rivers State to the south. Towns that engage the state as a viable economic hub and house its resources aside Owerri include the oil rich Oguta, the business friendly Orlu, Isu, Okigwe, Akokwa, Mbaise, Mbaitoli, Mbieri, Orodo, Nkwerre, Ubulu, Ngor Okpala, Omuma, Mgbidi, Awo-Omamma and Orsu, Ozara etc. Imo is Naturally endowed with natural resources ranging from crude oil, natural gas, lead, zinc, Flora like the iroko, mahogany, obeche, bamboo, rubber tree and oil palm predominate. Though the state battles deforestation as a result of its increasing population with limited land mass, a problem virtually all the Igbo states suffer, it is still a force in the vegetation business second to Ebonyi state. You shouldn't have pasted this as copied. Getting the salient points and listing them just as the OP did would have helped. Anyway we all know that the Igbo (weed) Biafrauds being in an eroded landlocked terrain are of not much help to the country. But nevertheless they contribute tremendously in terms of "exporting" their know how to Nigeria and beyond in such things as drug and human trafficking, armed robbery, kidnappings among others. The Biafrauds are also reknown for their tremendous zeal of settling (in other parts) in Nigeria even though to them their enclave is a no go area for others. With the recent declaration by Arewa youths i believe the Biafra warlords will sieze the opportunity to call on all Weeds to come back to the eroded terrain called home from all parts of the country as it is an easy route to achieve Biafra. |

OPs analogy is so weird and inaccurate. Comparing Nigeria to a kid is like callling monkey an ape. The needs of Naija differs from that of a kid. A kid needs a teacher to put him through the rudiments of basic education whereas the nation needs a strong willed leader who would turn around the country for good.
A good teacher for a kid could not necessarily equate to a good leader for the nation. If such analogy could be true then we wouldnt have been clamouring for a new president being it that GEJ has a PHD(?).
