I have received complaints from not more than four persons of constant stomach upset and toileting after eating the popular food brand called Semolina. I aint exempted from this complaint as well,after consuming semolina,i find myself visiting the loo at a higher frequency and having stomach upset. This is not an attempt to demarket a brand...

Go and buy abparket of Fulsine tablet in any chemist. It may cost a little but buy it. You can buy a few Ampiclos tablet with it. But Ampiclos is not necessary,nor else you will be taking milk regularly with it cos of dizzyness.

So use that Fulsine regularly, if it finish buy another parcket. You can chew the Fulsine tablet or digest it. By the time you see like one or two weeks you must see the difference.

Don't try removing the teeth oo. You will only continue to remove all your teeth.
