Old storage shed pulled down to construct a brand new 2-bedroom bungalow.

Instead of removing old ceiling boards, I used Calcium/POP cement to fill the ceiling boards, screeded and painted for a simple, neater more modern look.

I decided to only change the tiles on the floor only. The wall tiles were still beautiful and needed cleaning.

The hallways and stairs are spacious and clean.
My choice of tiles. SUPER POLISH 60X60 for sitting room, hallways and sit-out areas.

I love everything NEAT AND CLUTTER-FREE. I need lots of space. Nowhere would have given me all this luxury and economic advantages ANYWHERE in Nigeria.❌❌❌❌

The wardrobes and doors were restored and polished ALL OVER AGAIN because my brother did a lousy job. I knew I had to have a FEMALE in my team.😍

The quality of wood 30 years ago cannot be found in this day and age. So instead of replacing all doors and cabinets, I filled all cracks and re-polished all the wood. I was over-joyed with the results.💃🏽

Compared to how much I would have spent to pay for wood for the replacement of new doors and cabinets.

It feels like I have ALL NEW DOORS AND CABINETS.❤️❤️❤️

My brother and cousin have been relieved of their duties. Goooood riddance! ✅ I have to go back and correct all the imperfections. This means spending twice the amount for the projects.

One thing I will never put up with in Nigeria is INCOMPETENCE.

I hired a man-wife team instead. So far, everything has run smoothly with minor issues.

This couple is GOD-SENT. I pray they never change.🙏🏾

I have ZERO asset too. I don’t believe in hoarding wealth or money. I enjoy ALL my money while alive. Not leaving ANYTHING for ANYBODY! I can live off the money from my social security income. I want to die POOR!!!

Just spoke to one of my brothers who studied civil engineering. He confirmed the oils are fossilized oi residue. No economic value.

He also stated that it only means the engineers have to dig way deeper than over 400 feet to get clean water which can be extremely expensive.

In a village, who is gonna invest all that money just for clean water?🤷🏾‍♀️

I went and did more research. About 3 or 4 people who installed bore hole have complained the water is “reddish and oily”.

E be like say awa property get “oyel wells” o. Dem go soon mark us for “coastal highway demolition”.



The neighbor opposition my compound is now building A WELL and cannot use the borehole he spent money to construct.

Some “village engineers” know the areas more than we do. I am sticking with the well for now. No problem with water supply and it is so clean.✅

My cousin is about to start building on his father land next to mine. I have warned him to do his research properly before embarking on that borehole project.✅

Same as the benefits for women, if you are married to THE RIGHT PERSON, not just for 'marrying sake'.
