Just spoke to one of my brothers who studied civil engineering. He confirmed the oils are fossilized oi residue. No economic value. He also stated that it only means the engineers have to dig way deeper than over 400 feet to get clean water which can be extremely expensive. In a village, who is gonna invest all that money just for clean water?🤷🏾♀️ Not I.❌ I am sticking with my “well-solutions”.✅ 1 Like |

stuffs2002:Back to village engineering. I went and did more research. About 3 or 4 people who installed bore hole have complained the water is “reddish and oily”. E be like say awa property get “oyel wells” o. Dem go soon mark us for “coastal highway demolition”.  The neighbor opposition my compound is now building A WELL and cannot use the borehole he spent money to construct. Some “village engineers” know the areas more than we do. I am sticking with the well for now. No problem with water supply and it is so clean.✅ My cousin is about to start building on his father land next to mine. I have warned him to do his research properly before embarking on that borehole project.✅ |

I paused on decorating and decided to do some expansion before raining season. From renovation to expansion. 👍🏽 Breaking down the old wooden shed to create 2 self- contained 1-bedroom apts with a storage at the back.😍 The shed was disfiguring the aesthetics of the whole compound.

PROBLEM? Gateman wife get pure water and maggi shop inside compound. No problem. BUT people troop in and out at intervals and boy-oh-boy! All the white entrance pillars are sooooo dirty.😱 But I am a problem solver.👍🏽 I like the woman and cannot drive her away. I bought white tiles and covered all the pillars.👍🏽 3 Likes

After all the wahala, I placed both my brother and cousin on suspension and hired STRANGERS to chop my money instead.✅ Got rid of the old tenants and new tenants have moved in. PROBLEM? People passing by, especially school children started staining the walls with their fingers. When “Oga APC” is having his parties, the whole village will queue outside to beg for free food and drinks. The kerbs outside the fence were used as sitting areas. The newly-planted walls had all kinds stains all over. Very annoying.  2 Likes |

We bought paint from an unknown vendor. My brother and the 2nd painter ganged up and over charged me with an unknown vendor in town. My brother swore the paints were from Benin. So I decided to send my cousin to Benin and asked for the address. My brother and the paint could not provide the address. That was how I caught my brother stealing.✅ So I sent my cousin to my own vendor in Benin WITHOUT my brother the price difference was HUGE.😱 Let me just say I was duped over N500K! 3 Likes |

Time for painting. Painter #1. The first painter said he produced paint and i gave him N400K to make 20 buckets of paint. I was charged N37K FOR EACH 10L bucket(NOT 20L). The painting job was disastrous! Rain fell and washed away the fake mixture. I was soooooo mad. I fired the painter instantly. Painter#2 My brother did not allow ny cousin to go with him. My brother handled the painting project. The painter knew I would buy all materials and decided to inflate his estimate. |

My brother was a born out of wedlock AND my cousin was also born out of wedlock’. This is how it finally went down. My cousin as the “senior” handled all the projects initially, since my “new brother” did not know our village at all. He had NEVER been there. As soon as I found my cousin cheating and making so many mistakes, I let my brother handle most of the projects. Then my brother got to know his way around town and STARTED CHEATING TOO!✅ 5 Likes |
