I HAVE NEVER PERCEIVED ANY STRONG SMELL FROM FOREIGN DISHES at work. Most eat cafeteria-cooked food or order out for pizza or Chinese food which has a less pungent odor.
They have their own like 'shittlings, but the know better than bringing it to work or the break room.
They practice consideration because they know the consequences.

Absolutely delicious. I dey carry my own go work well well. I tell them I have to take an 'extended break' to go eat privately because I don't want to offend their 'senses'. They will petition YOU made them sick. My 30 minute break is extended to 45 minutes WITH PAY!

Just avoid wahala. One complaint ok. Once 3 or more complain. . . . .you don buy cemetery be dat o.

Sometimes, I want to eat dry fish stew with my rice. How can you warm such a pungent concoction in a closed public space with a clear conscience?

The school teachers have the same problems too and had to BAN ALL ETHNIC FOODS in classrooms in one of the schools over here.

I try to eat all frozen cooked meals within 1 month.✅

Oh yes! They stay fresh. Make sure you sautee your veggies with olive oil , butter or any oil of your choice, so they are semi-cooked and firm.
DO NOT FRERZE, because the veggies in fried rice can become annoyingly soggy.

Keep fried rice in the COLDEST Part of your fridge.✅
