my friend you are typing trash , do you know how much an Igbo man who builds shops and owns houses in Lagos will make in 99 yrs of rant ? igbos are controlling the economy of Lagos forget about franchise landed properties, in 99yrs to come igbo billionaires will have 60 to 90% shares in Lagos economy , do you have any idea how dangote is in control of major companies in Nigeria? is not by landed property it's by the shares , let me give you one typical example in the 90s dangote bought shares in Benue state cement company the only cement company Benue state has , by 2000 to 2005 dangote shares grew in such a way Benue state couldn't pay he siezed the company from Benue state and turned it to dangote cement company, igbos will take over Lagos economy in the future as big time share holders
