okoli414: Good day house, after my interview I was sent a msg by d consulate dt dere r missing documents in my application. And d documents specified are:
1. Declaration of age deposed by parent 2. Block amount confirmation.. My question is ds....do I have to send a hard copy of the documents through courier or in person or attaching wif email wil b enough. Though im sure dat I can d block amount confirmation ...but I am NOT sure if same applies to d declaration of age document....pls sm1 shld kindly enlighten me. Hmmm... Bro I'll advise you submit it in person o. You are even lucky that your file is been handled by a nice VO. If you reside in Lagos, you could check IKeja High Court or the High court around Obalande. I think it's 1k to get the age declaration done. As regards the blocked funding confirmation, I presume you have funded for them to ask you about that. Did you use Fintiba or Deutsche Bank? |

am mail has finally arrived o. I really thank God.. Last year, I got two refusals after a long wait from two embassies but today I have finally been accepted by Germany... I couldn't express myself and I began to cry when I saw the mail because I know it's nothing but just God's grace.
I wish everyone out there success ahead!! AMEN |

Tinder: I tell you, the wait for AM mail isn't easy at all. Steady checking my email, mine is just 13 days sha but seeing people getting their AM mail lesser than my date is alarming. Bros.. patience is key. Some people had their interview August 10th and are yet to receive AM mails even after having funded before interview date. |

ninered: This is just the main thing I got out of the epistle the rest with a few editing will do well in a motivational letter I'm not experienced in all these stuff myself but this is what I have to say... When it comes to schooling age is not a problem to Germany, the reason Germany is known to produce the oldest graduates in the world. We all want a better life but you have to make the effort of research yourself. No one will tell you " Mr mykohayz go to Stuttgart and study or Munich is the happening place where students are paid 25euro per hour or if you study a bachelor in Gender & Diversity you'll start earning 150k euro/yr or Hamburg has jobs everywhere you go or money flows in Berlin" even if they know nobody will tell you even Dangote hasn't truly revealed how he became the richest Black man. Being confused is a good thing, it shows you're smart & want progress...it's only a fool who will be in a bad situation and be comfortable about it. Just pray to God for a focus. Everything is possible so long as you have the will power, courage and a good plan. Word well said |

neccki: IStandToBeCorrected
Both are Ideal for getting Student jobs. (depending on you skills set too)
Mannheim is the third-largest in the German state of Baden-Württemberg after Stuttgart and Karlsruhe with close to 400k Population.
But bcus it is in Baden-Württemberg, you will have to pay 1500€ every semester, which I assume you won't want to pay.
While Munster is a city in North Rhine-Westphalia, in the west of Germany with about 300k Population.
And you are exempted from paying the 1500€.
As for this, I don't know. Do the research yourself broda.
Yes. There is need biko. If you need the better side of your Germany(Hustling). BUT not compulsory since your studies are in English.
A plus for you, if you good in writing codes(Programming), be it Java, C# or Python & R for Data Analysis even MATLAB sef jawoo. Plus proficiency in STATA, SPSS and Eviews can also be a little advantage |

PlatinumPlato: I noticed it when you mailed me. I was even going to ask you if you work in GTB. That's ridiculous. My email is always logged in for easy access. I hope I don't get hacked as well, although I ve got a strong anti virus. So sorry about that. No you won't bro.. I have reported the case to Google already. In fact, I'm heading straight to GT bank corporate office on Monday to report the spammer. He/She just stepped on the wrong lane and his/her identity must be traced. |
Travel › Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 4 by Karch: 10:30am On Sep 09, 2017 |
Hello house, please everyone should always remember to logout his/her email from other devices to avoid spammers. Can you imagine!!! I just logged in and discovered my mail has been hacked and my display name was changed to "fxcustomercare@gtbank.com". Immediately, I changed my password, removed the display name and reported the spammer to Google.
Please moderators, sorry I'm derailing the thread at the moment. I felt it would be very important sharing this to the public. Happy weekend

neccki: Lol.
No now.......I didn't even know that Stuttgart has included Tuition Fee. I am only talking as per Hustling Area. Okay... I get. The annoying part is that there are nice schools located within that region (Barden Württenberg) |
Travel › Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 4 by Karch: 2:39pm On Sep 03, 2017 |
neccki: Lol, That's true. Thanks
Buh you can still go and hustle in those areas after your semester break. Hmm.. 1500euros per semester which is 6000euros for a master's program with four years duration. Well, it takes a determined mind to pull through. I didn't even include the semester tickets and accommodation Make person no grow grey hair overnight because of hustling o. |

 neccki: You welcome.
Once you've done your research about the Schools that offers the courses you interested in. Please post them here then we can take it from here.
We will tell you which one fits your hustling plan.
BUT potentially you can look for schools around Cologne, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Dortmund, Munich & Bonn.
StayBlessd. @neccki, Stuttgart What about the tuition fee policy!! |

Ifedee06: So AM mail dropped today. Many many thanks to all the contributors on this thread.Like @ninered said, it's not that people don't want to contribute, the torture of waiting was something else. Besides, the interview questions were more or less same we've read on here. Also conveying the wrong information to other folks based on one's personal experience wouldn't be appropriate. For example, I wasn't asked for the WAEC scratch card but my friend was asked to submit hers just last week.
For everyone that's still going through the process or has just begun, please read the pages diligently because there's so much to learn. Also, don't always take one person's comment as the only word. Try to gather as much information as you can and when you do go for your interview,go with all that is relevant. If they don't ask for it,you keep it.
Sorry for the epistle.
Interview on the 31st of July, Funded on the 9th of August AM mail 31st of August. Congratulations!!! Go and fulfil Destiny bruder! |

thessalonica: please i need useful info on English proficiency level B2 and how to get the certificate plus how long does it take for one to get it
more light on this note please cos my brother don't one but he is interested in studying Physics(MSc) in Germany
Thanks for ur response IELTS or TOEFL. You can follow the link below to get more info about IELTS. But in summary, just visit IELTS Nigeria webpage, it's self explanatory. Complete the online registration and choose a test date. Register for IELTS "academic". I think the current fee is 68k and cash payment is not acceptable. You have to raise a bank draft and submit it @ British Council Head Office located around Thompson Rivers avenue, Ikoyi Lagos. All the best with your Germo preparations https://www.nairaland.com/2426588/preparing-ielts-get-here/80 |
