My own is how rich men don't marry rich women.

How you go get money and na broke babes you dey date or wan marry?

I think it's relate to how women are submissive to guys that wants to destroy their future.

The problem is spiritual, you can't convince me otherwise.

What's wrong with these women lately!

Less than a week, I employed this boy o, to manage my gas filling retail business and POS.
He displayed passion, initiative and experience about the gas filling business and handling of POS....so I just took the chance, we also speak same language. I've been acting nice and all but I think I now know why most Nigerian bosses are mean to their workers by default

Now from first cylinder we couldn't account for 10kg
Second cylinder was started today by him......when I told him to calculate everything sold from first cylinder based on daily record book ....it felt short of 10kg

From the sales from second cylinder that started today, The account book does not tally with what is remitted through ATM/POS mode of payment .....I dint know this until I checked my Moniepoint acct as I got home now cos my phone was dead before I went to the shop this evening

Even the POS part of the business does not tally with the cash I gave him this morning for people who need cash withdrawal

I'm boiling right now realizing the boy had lied to me when balancing the account this night using the record book, only to get home and power my phone to see cash fell short of 23k in my monie point acct linked to the POS

How do you handle boys who think they are smarter than you because theyve been in the business before?

And what are your experiences with dishonest workers in your business , especially this gas retail business or POS business

Attached is my first contract for an automotive manufacturer in the US I work for remotely

I make 4000 usd a month from that job. I have a second part time job with a company from the dominican republic which i make 2500 usd a month equivalently and my last job which i just got recently is with the chilean state bank where i earn 2.6 million pesos which comes down to around 3000 usd a month. I am also attaching a screenshot of my taxes which I pay from my american job. We no be mates.

You can see that my tax payments coincides with when i got my first remote job as I pay 3 taxes in chile but one of them is as an independent contractor which I need to file for every month F29. My total taxes every month is around 1.3 million chilean pesos. Many chileans dont even earn above 500000 pesos.

I still have another part time job I don't even wanna talk about and I am also trying to get an offer with another bank. My dms have been a mess since I started working for the Chilean state bank

The next thing they will say is you are bragging.

If you are adequately skilled, put your profile on Linkedln, it is the employers that will be chasing you up and down.

Change your mindset, you don't need to bribe your ways through high paying professional jobs in Nigeria. It is MOSTLY on merits and performances.

When it comes to Govt jobs, they use connection to get jobs in Government work abroad too, like Nigeria.
