I won't tag them as 'mouth-watering'.

12% over 180days is good when compared with bank rates.
However, 25% is achievable with over one-third of listed equity over a similar period on the Exchange .

Why would I tie my funds down for 6months... wink

PS: I remain a TradInvestor

I fully agree that economic policies and decisions have a tangible effect on the stock market.
However, we should try to politely [and constructively] discuss /address these policies rather that attack the policy maker.
Uneasy lies the head that wears the crown.

Making issues personal doesn’t benefit anyone... wink

Very likely traders are trying to lock in the cash (10m+ units on offer)

Now the seemingly ridiculous 1:12 bonus makes more sense.
A 1:2 or 1:3 bonus would have resulted in full blown sell off...

The upstream arm might not be listed however the SP will definitely enjoy an upward movement due to sentiments...

If they do go into upstream. Do you think it will be with this listed entity. All these downstream players seem like they don’t like sharing the upstream business with Nigerian shareholders. Conoil, Total, MRS, 11plc, I think even NIPCO are going into or have upstream assets but it’s only the downstream company that is listed
