you don't understand. They tried joining NATO but US turned them down without any reason. It was there Russia realized US has made Russia an enemy of NATO to keep NATOs relevance flourishing because without any common enemy, NATO will die a natural death as no one is willing to fight wars or become an enemy of NATO.

So you understand why Russia is fighting this war. NATO and American imperialism seek to use Russia's close neighbors to get to Russia and breaking Russia into parts as an endgame to create the good atmosphere to stealing their oil 🛢️ like they did in Iraq and Syria and Libya.

Russia is too powerful to be defeated or crushed like Iraq otherwise America would've stepped in with boots on ground. The only thing keeping Americans at bay is Russia's military and nukes. US cannot risk fighting an enemy having almost equal brutal strength and mad abilities to strike back delivering devastating blows as well. They can't fight an ememy that could decimate their beautiful cities 😂 hence why they're using Ukraine as a pawn in the fight.

US informed Russia of the visit to Kyiv some hours earlier, but Russia already had prior knowledge of the visit to Poland. Trip from Poland to Kyiv is 10 hours, making it a 13-hour notice which is enough. Biden took the train because they can't fly over Ukraine and risk getting shut down by Russian ADS.
It's absolute fallacy to believe what the US says without thinking for myself, only believing because the US said so. If this is the US' way of taming Russia, they're doing an incredibly poor job at it. Everyone else has gotten wind of how much propaganda US media has been pushing concerning this war but the reality on ground is entirely different from what you see on MSM.

Russia would not risk a direct confrontation with the US just as US wouldn't risk direct confrontation with Russia. They both know the outcome of such a war would be nuclear and this could lead to the end of the world as we know it. This is the reason why US is fighting a proxy war against Russia with Ukraine as the battleground. If Russia takes Biden out, the response of the US would be to launch nukes at Russia and even if they hit Russian cities first, Russia's dead-hand system will automatically launch nukes at major cities of the US. Everybody dies.

It's funny how you guys under-rate Russia while the US you hype so much has never under-rated them. The major reason why NATO (a union of more than 25 countries) was formed was to counter this 1 country that you guys under-rate.
This war has been going on for 1 year, Ukraine has been receiving weapons and mercenaries from more than 15 countries while Russia has received a few drones from less than 3 countries but Russia has still been fighting and gaining ground. I guess you think Russia is out to destroy Ukraine like US did to Libya. Iraq etc. No, a totally destroyed Ukraine will be a burden to Russia; there'll be a total breakdown of law and order in Ukraine which will affect areas of Russia bordering Ukraine, all those refugees etc. Russia simply wants to deplete Ukraine's army and, at the rate they're going they're doing a damn good job at that.

The info was for them to avoid any incident during Biden's presence in Ukraine not for Russia to authorize or not authorize it. Does Putin take permission from Biden to go wherever he wants to go? But if he is visiting an area where American troops are involved in a war, he will surely inform the Americans about the visit to avoid any incident that may happen accidentally if they were not aware of his presence there. CNN is apparently lying that Russians were angry because Biden's visit upstaged Putin's scheduled address to Russians 24 hours after Biden's visit, that's what I was debunking because the Russians knew ahead of time that he was coming so how could they be angry or how could they be seeing it as upstaging their own program when they knew he was coming beforehand? Putin's speech in Russia is not scheduled until well over 24 hours after Biden's visit so how does any of these events upstage the other? You guys are just so dumb, you swallow any garbage that is thrown your way without any attempt at critical thinking. For God's sake, these so called journalists are not God, you can actually debunk their lies when it's obvious.

CNN is a very useless propaganda media. The US informed Russia ahead of the visit so as to avoid any accident or incident during Biden's presence in Ukraine. Putin was very much aware of the visit beforehand so there's nothing like anybody upstaging anyone.

Judith is from from the same local government with me.. I knew her when she was still in secondary school and I was apprentice then... I don't even know what was called love then.. We only greet like brother and sisters because we are in far away north then.
I have relocated to another state and she too is now undergraduate, studying nursing at uni zik Awka. I normally call her because I was in good term with her mother.. She feel in love with me. But my own fear is that I am not sure if she will understand the language of hardship. She was only Dauther and last born, the family is average comfortable.
The only thing she always rely most is her beauty... She is so beautiful no wonder she just won a beauty queen competition, the sun newspaper even carry the news.. But her beauty is not what attracted me..
Last December I visited her parent with just one of my uncle and they welcomed us very well..
Another issue is that she still have abt 4 years to finish her education.. And I don't want to waste more than 2 years ahead.

She is living with her sister here in the same state I am staying...

Good morning guys. I need some matured minds and married men and women in the house to look into this matter and give me an ideal way to go about this. Would be a long read pls bear with me.

So late late 2021, I got married to my long time girlfriend. Before the marriage, my mom had a little reservation about the girl and her family for some odd reasons due to her tribe. She’s Igbo. Everything was funny because the first day I introduced my wife to my mom. She liked her and everything was cool. They where going on well until my mom started telling me she’s having some dreams about the girl and her family. She’s white garment member. I think her dislike started growing when she told my wife about her church and she said she can’t go to her church for any reason. I was a former member of the church when I was a teenager but with time as I grew I stopped going to the church not because it’s a bad church or something wrong with it. I just don’t fancy going there and also not a church type of person. My mom believe it was the girl that made me stopped going to the church which was funny. She has said that several times.

For the record, I’m an only child of my mother, my dad is late and she’s yet to marry again. I do everything for her like her rent, monthly upkeep, and also got her a good car. Initially I thought she was doing all these because she felt she hasn’t enjoyed me yet and another woman is coming into the picture which is normal for most parents. So I did everything I could to make her comfortable before my wedding.

We did the wedding and everything went on smoothly aprt from some normal family disputes and all but the wedding was successful. Deep down I know my mom still doesn’t like my girl because of her statement s most times but I don’t always give her that room so she’s always quiet and rather not talk what’s on her mind.
Later on, my mom started complaining of the money I give to her. She seems not to be ok with it. Trust me guys. I do more than enough for my mom. I just tried my best to handle everything well and sometimes allow her have her ways with her demands so she doesn’t see my wife as a stumbling block to her.

To cut the long story short, my wife took in and was due for delivery and her mother came like a month before the delivery. Actually my wife had a false labour that made us rush to the hospital and doctor said she has very high maleria and was in serious labor. I called the mother immediately and she started coming the next morning because she lives in the East. The doctor gave her some injections and drugs for the maleria and the labor stopped. Doctor told us it wasn’t the right time for the baby to come out because it was 8 months.
The next morning when she was strong, we went back home with the mother that was already in town.

The mother decided to stay till the delivery instead of going back and coming again when she delivers which I supported.
Two weeks the doctor gave us turned to 1 month and labor didn’t still come. All these while I never knew my mom was so bitter that my mother inlaw was in my house for that long. She once asked me why the woman didn’t go and come back. It was that bad. To make matters worse, I lost my child after a CS was done on my wife. It appeared the baby was in distress which the doctors failed to notice and came out with birth asphyxia. After about two weeks, she died. I opened a thread on that.

Problem started after I buried my child. Everyone was in sorrow and so much pains especially my wife. A day after the burial my mother called my mother inlaw and asked her why she hasn’t gone yet. Started accusing the woman of killing the child and all manners of things. How she had turned her husband to vegetable and now she wants to teach her daughter how to turn her son into vegetable too. It was really bad. They both insulted each other and quarreled seriously on the phone just a day after the lost of my child. She also called my wife and told her “shebi she doesn’t want children” my wife was quiet and didn’t utter a word.

I was in so much pain and so pissed at my mom for everything she did and didn’t even speak to her for like a month even though I still sent her upkeep money. I reported her to her uncle and a few respected people. I don’t know if they talked to her but nothing was done. No body called for any meeting even her own pastor that I reported to. Instead he told me it’s woman talk. That they both insulted each other and the rest..

After that incident till date. My wife, mother, and mother inlaw haven’t spoken to each other even though I have had more peace since then but the fact still remains my mom and wife are not in good terms. I have long forgiven and moved on with my mom even though that closeness is not there but I don’t fail to send her money for upkeep every month. My wife is cool with it and said she doesn’t want that closeness with my mom even though she has forgiven her too.

My mom and I talks once in a while and never for once has she asked about my wife since that incident and my wife hasn’t called either which I don’t blame her. The last time I visited my mom. She said some ill things about my wife and her family and even told me my wife is not my rightful wife and some other things. I usually don’t listen to her talks because I know how religion has turned so many people into something else.

The question right now guys. What do I do in this situation. The truth is nothing can change my moms mind about my wife and her family. But still as a husband, I still feel somehow knowing my wife and mom are not in good terms. My mother inlaw the last time told me she wants to make peace with my mom that they can’t keep fighting forever especially because of her daughter. But deep down I know the thought my mom have about them. So I just told her it’s not the right time and with time everything will be fine. I can’t force my wife to call my mom because she didn’t do no wrong. At the same time my mom won’t even listen to me for any peace making. There are more things to say but I will end here. Sorry for the long write up.

TOKYO -- China is outpacing the U.S. in the production of stealth fighters, with the inventory of its most advanced J-20A overtaking that of the U.S. Air Force's F-22 Raptor as soon as this year, the head of the London-based International Institute for Strategic Studies said Wednesday.
John Chipman, director-general and chief executive of IISS, told reporters at an online launch event for The Military Balance 2023 that China's combat aircraft inventory has been transformed over the past five years.
Chipman said that The Military Balance database now shows over 150 J-20A fighters. Though the U.S. is also increasing the number of its fifth-generation F-35As, and these now total around 360, "The pace of China's defense industrial output means it is catching up," he said.
"Indeed, if deliveries continue at the same speed, in 2023 the number of J-20As will eclipse the inventory of the U.S. Air Force's other fifth-generation combat aircraft, the F-22," Chipman said.
The F-22, the first-ever fifth-generation fighter to enter service, was long considered the most advanced American fighter. The plane is banned from export because its technology was deemed too advanced to land in the hands of another country.
The F-22 is no longer in production due to its high cost, and the U.S. has shifted its resources to the F-35s, which are considered more affordable and versatile. Yet the F-22 is expected to serve into the 2030s, offering the Air Force air superiority.
The J-20 is China's first fifth-generation fighter and was designed to rival the F-22.

The Military Balance noted that China's 7% nominal increase in the 2022 defense budget represents a roughly $16 billion boost for the People's Liberation Army and its largest annual increase in absolute terms.
"These funds are enabling the PLA's continued modernization," it said, including the addition of aircraft carriers, more complex frigates and destroyers as well as a new, longer-range submarine-launched ballistic missile, the JL-3.
The JL-3 could let the PLA Navy target the U.S. from longer ranges than before, giving it options to enhance the survivability of its deterrent, The Military Balance said.
Analysts have noted that if the JL-3 were to have a significantly longer range than China's current JL-2 missiles, then Beijing could keep its ballistic missile submarines in the South China Sea and target the U.S. from there, rather than having to move into the Pacific Ocean.
Chipman said the Ukraine war has highlighted the importance of weapons stocks and defense production capacity.
"Immediate equipment requirements have led some European states to look to new suppliers beyond domestic or traditional sources," Chipman said. Poland split its orders for tanks and rocket artillery between U.S. and South Korean firms, he said.
The Military Balance described South Korea as having arguably "the region's most significant industrial success in 2022." It noted the framework agreements for the sale to Poland of 1,000 K2 main battle tanks, 672 K9 self-propelled howitzers and 48 FA-50 light combat aircraft.
"The agreements between Poland and [South] Korea represent by some distance the largest defense export deal secured by an Asian country," it said.
The Ukraine war is also changing the European defense landscape in another way, Chipman noted.
"The supply to Ukraine of older, Soviet-era equipment by East European states is accelerating the modernization of these countries' inventories, as they reequip with Western-made systems. It is also creating opportunities to improve equipment commonality in Europe," he said.
Meanwhile, Chipman said that weak currencies, sluggish economic growth, ongoing supply chain disruptions and soaring inflation have hampered countries' ability to acquire their desired defense capabilities, despite the heightened tensions.
"While global defense expenditure grew in nominal terms in 2021 and 2022, higher inflation meant that expenditure fell in real terms in both years. We estimate that in 2022, inflation wiped some $312 billion of global defense expenditure," Chipman said.
Regarding India, The Military Balance said the country continues to modernize its armed forces and that New Delhi is looking to improve military infrastructure on its northern border.
It noted that in 2022, concerns were raised over India's dependence on Russia for weapons and spare parts, after Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
"Recent imports of foreign equipment have primarily been from the U.S. and France," it said.
But India's large conventional forces are troubled by inadequate logistics and shortages of ammunition, spare parts and maintenance personnel, the report said. "Though modernization continues, many equipment projects have seen delays and cost overruns, particularly indigenous systems.
