There’s no act of terrorism that a government is Not involved in either actively or passively. You think Boko Haram got their weapons by Luck ? 😂🤣 you think the war on Boko Haram isn’t a cover up for solid mineral extraction from the north ? DEY PLAY OOOO 😂🤣 JUST DEY PLAY BH is sponsored and Government backed. No doubt. Niger Delta militants have their sponsors, but surely not the current administration. These guys also smuggle sophisticated weapons with external support. When Yar'adua called for Amnesty I saw guns that were far better than AK47, but were considered toys compared to what these guys use for the main jobs. FG is in control of the military but that doesn't change the Niger Deltans resolve to hit back where their interests are ignored or sabotaged. |

They are just being kept around because they have one or two agendas to fulfill for the government, it’s not rocket science The military is stronger than most people think I mean who do you think allows them to have arms and ammunition? Do you think they can smuggle anything without the government knowing ? 😂🤣😂 Omo wake up to reality if they wanted them gone they would be gone. Some of you think the DSS just wears suits and ties to only guard the elected officials if you knew the real might of government agencies you would be understand. Disuan never jam boys from creek. vision2050: Until majority start to decide who govern them, we are playing. Out of 87m who have PVC only about 22m people decided 2023 Presidential election that is not the truth reflection of people choice. Which means about 22m of 200m Nigerians decided i.e 11% of total Population or 25% of eligible voters. A credible Election should have not less than 60% of eligible voters to decide who will govern them and this can be achieved through E-voting. E-voting will eliminate electroal malpractice, voting buying, curb voters aparthy. Thuggery and ballot snatching will be a thing of the past. E-voting may have it own challenge but I'm very sure it will be more credible than the charade Yakubu dished out on February 25. Ordinary BVAS we dey struggle, dey complain of network, talk less of E-voting or voting by mail. Banking platforms up till today are still struggling with signal problems. They have enough branches around the country, enough to become a household name yet they can't virtually carry the traffic weight of their customers without hiccups and downtimes. Sophisticated systems aren't for Nigeria, with this current mindset. They'll manipulate processes and figures. We'll be worse than China in terms of reliable statistics. Here INEC wants to "reconfigure" the electronic materials used, to thwart technical investigation. Terrible country. Sophisticated systems make meaning with sophisticated mindsets and refined values. A compromising police force will thwart it's efficiency. A lopsided INEC will undermine democratic advantages, thwarting its efficiency on the long run too. See, Nigeria has a very long way ahead of her. Until competent hands, not heavy purses, are allowed and supported to steer leadership in pivotal sectors, we'll carry on like a retarded slug. You can't hand over a vehicle to a person saddled with diverse impairment. That's collective catastrophe for all. That's the deep shit we're in. Let's not be in a hurry to get the tools. Let's learn to have the required ethics first. |

Zelensky should just surrender for the sake of peace because I don't think Putin is willing to end the war anytime soon. Just imagine the number of Ukrainians that have lost their lives, imagine the damages the war had caused to the Land of Ukraine.
Zelensky, please make/accept peace for the sake of the lives of your citizens...
Although my analysis might be wrong, but it's just what I think. Hmmmn. Lets say you're a father and a good husband. You own a farmland that you inherited from your late Dad. The land was apportioned to you by papa and the perimeters were noted respectively. Your eldest brother later shows up, one year after papa's death, to trespass the boundaries between your land and his and claimed a good part of your land, threatening to make your children fatherless if you fought back. Your wife and children cried and told you to let go. The whole village Chiefs were against his seizing your land, but couldn't help you, because he's perceived to be one of the strongest men in the village. After so much persuasion from loved ones, you finally ceded a good part of your inherited land to your elder brother and went on with your life. 5 years later, that same brother of yours came back, and started farming on a good part of your land that's left, threatening you again to stay off the land if you don't want your wife to become a widow. You got so angry and decided to fight back and someone decides to broker peace between you and your elder brother. Your elder brother then presents his conditions for peace:- that you cede to him the part of your land he came back to claim after 5 years. How would you define peace in this context? Giving off the area of your land he's requesting? Or fighting to get back your rights at all cost? |

pacespot: I am beginning to reason with Putin on this war in Ukraine given the evil hands of the West especially the UK and their big brother USA in the current Nigerian system.
The USA seeks to keep other countries down by all means, you will notice that immediately a country starts to develop the US will start having problems with it, like Iran, China, India, North Korea and the rest. The USA will not have any problems with a country developing only if there is USA military footholds in the country like South Korea, Japan, and Europe.
I remember during the EndSARS when some Nigerians especially in the South East were fighting back against the military aggression, the UK had to send its troops to Nigeria then to train Nigerian army and provide logistics support. They don't care about the Justice system in Nigeria so far the system serves their interests.
Russia is fighting for his freedom from the West dictatorship, unfortunately Ukraine is just a collateral damage. he USA seeks to keep other countries down by all means, you will notice that immediately a country starts to develop the US will start having problems with it, like Iran, China, India, North Korea...

Africans seem to have this omen that forbids them to have the capacity of building a working system. ***** Nigeria appears to be the only country on earth where laws are made for collective regression, with each law maker trying to prove or defend positions detrimental to the country's growth, so long as their pockets and stomachs are secured. You see INEC boldly defending her incompetence with the electoral act. Then you begin to think if these laws were designed to take us back to stone age. The Nigerian flag has lost most of its color, in so much that what some of us now see is a high flying rag, shredded by ethnic bias and bigotry. The only institutions that seem to have the trust of meaningful Nigerians to some good degree now are the banking institutions and Telcos. This is where the average Nigerian draws solace from. Your bank transactions and internet connection at this moment, despite their hiccups, can be far trusted than all the arms of the government put together. This could be the last hanging thread, keeping Nigeria from off a civil conflict. Who knows.. Look up the definition of a failed state and ask yourself how many steps away from that are we. |

If it is about the numbers, then they are definitely leading. They output a lot of quality work an already established direction. However when it comes to research that drives academic research into uncharted territories, then mostly it is the US. IMO, the West cannot compete with China on quantity. China's population alone is larger than all of NATO. They just need to stay ahead in technology. Very apt. Very sound one. If you sabi, you sabi. Thanks for this. |
