I don’t think posting an indigene who understands Anambra terrain and security challenge is rational here cos the agitation is against the state (Nigeria) and not the usual criminal activities within the state of Anambra.
The agitation by IPOB against the nation has the sympathy and support of many of the people living within Anambra state. It will be tactically and psychologically impossible for an indigene as commissioner of police of the state to be ruthless against his people.

An indigene posted as a commissioner isn’t advisable cos of the security of the man and his family members living within the state.
