kilisi:
Ibadan, close to Ogun state.

Have you thought about the following??
- Animal herders destroying your farm land.
- Getting kidnapped or God forbid maimed going about your business in the farm??
I think that's the major backlog in present day 9ja farming. If its not in a secured township location , abort mission , those herders have vowed never to see crop grown all over 9ja .
It's a million dollar venture anyways .

kilisi:
Good day friends and trust we are coping with the current state of things

I plan to resign from my current job by the end of February 2024 so that I can go into full time agriculture. That's my discipline from school anyway.

I've been able to raise just 1 million naira within a year and 2 months and the plan is to plant cassava and maize on a 12 acre farmland I'm about to secure.

6k per acre of land

I also plan to use about an acre for planting pepper and tomatoes.

I hope I'm not making a hasty decision by resigning from my job soon.

What's your location?

Me I leave my ignition on & watch as the bar rises , those fuel attendants are criminals . I don't even greet them or return their pleasantries until after business . Make dem no use gist confuse person . Guide well abeg .

onlinediva:
Where?
Foreign or Nigerian used?

If it is foreign used, when did it enter Nigeria, and how much did you clear it?

For your information, the cost of clearing Peugeot 206 from customs is currently N1,600,000.

Smuggled ones without custom duty will for sure be cheaper.

Let's talk about how the performance of a 206 is better than a 307 1st before we talk about value .

onlinediva:
No need to argue with you. Just enter market in Abuja, Kaduna and co. to price manual or automatic Tokunbo Peugeot 206. If you are lucky to see the option and standard of mine, confirm its price.

I have owned a 307 & a 206 before .

onlinediva:
Carry out your research from Peugeot users and mechanics.

Don't be deceived by body!!!

On the contrary, you should do your own research . It's obvious you know nothing about cars , hence you wanting to sell a 206 for 4m .

onlinediva:
That is better before someone thinks it is for foreign used.

307 is just bigger but 206 with direct and not 307 engine is better in terms of performance, maintenance, reliability, etc.

Who says 206 is better than 307 ?

Looks like an L200 .

Nothing bad learning with a GLK , but can you comfortably foot the bill in case of damages wile learning ??
Go to a driving school ma'am. Do the right thing

Tight shoe caused it . No cause for alarm .it will grow back , or ask athletes esp footballers , them go just laff you .

coputa:
so that hungry will kill Nigerians, can you drink oil,or you want to use the the oil money to buy imported food

Is like you dropped out from Nursery school .

OldSkoolHeadBoy:
It is not the job of the government to focus on rice but that of lazy youths like you that fails to see the big opportunity in the high demand for it and embrace farming.

No let me insult your generations dis a.m ..
