I agree with you. But I think this case is a bit different.

1.It’s a multi billion naira project and legally the responsibility of the FG. No guarantee of refund to state if the state undertakes the project. Well, except you are Elrufai or a northern governor or a member of the ruling party.

3. And it’s very unfair that a state has to undertake such project. Just like leaving a state to undertake EastWest road, Ibadan/lagos expressway or Kaduna/Abuja expressway.

4. Abia state allocation for 4 months may not be able to pay for the project I’m telling you about.

El-rufai did state roads only & they are beauty in everyone's eye , he wanted doing g federal roads , buhari /fashola no gree. Though he plugged the state into debt , but e no consign us .

Something El-rufai did without even making noise , I don't know why one must do ceremony before & after construction of projects , & people are praising .

I remember one incident that happened in kaduna year 2011 . My friend was driving a Honda Accord 1996 ( aka bulldog ) I had my elders bros Honda accord too 1998 ( aka henessy or baby boy )car with me then as he was in lagos , We went for a wedding reception in barnawa @ open prisons field . we were made to park outside their perimeter & fence ( on za Road kena) long story short after a chilling reception , we begin dey find my padi car o , e don grow legs , I parked behind him sef , bumper to bumper parking . We start dey check under cars , inside gutter , inside pocket sef , e be like the dude don dey kolo & psychiatric no to far o , if you know that venue well. Las las we no see my guy bull dog o , otilo .. After hours of searching I decide to enter barnawa complex to relieve tension only to discover mine too has been raided , no battery , dash board has been disorganised. My saving grace was a low budget security someone fixed , before you start the car , the AC switch must be turned off before e go bring light sef . Tracker wasn't a trend that period & e no use pedal lock / steering lock .

That was then. That particular road is a dead trap now, crawling with Bandits. Sarkin pawa hills was Bandits major camps. That was where Bandits and their criminal activities started and spread to other parts of Kaduna and Niger.

Government refused to deal with them when they were only located in their camp around Sarkin Pawa. Now they have build up an Army for themselves. They have also spread to other parts of this Country.

Airforce would've thrown a Bomb on their Camp then, maybe Bandits would've been history in this Country.

Brother, like you know that route more than me , last time I followed there was 2014 & I left Minna in the evening getting to kaduna around 9p.m , during BH terror , it was still scary following there though , as roads were terrible & always lonely . Govt ignored those bandits too much thinking it was a child's play .
