lolz. my dear enjoy d no kicking now o cos sometimes i jerk wen my los kick , dh is even scared to touch my tummy sef plus i received one strong kick or blow yesterday ehn they just balance in the right and left side of my stomach kicking away i can even see them move and its an awesome feeling i must tell you, just relax in the nxt one to two weeks you should be feeling strong kicks. we are 23wks 2days

kpele dear, maybe you should go and check it out to rule everything is ok. God will see us through in thos journey. As for me my loshas been kicking me seriously and i find it difficult getting a comfortable sitting or sleeping position

d scan guy told us DAT my cervix was completely closed...and it has improved to 4.3cm...

thanks to all mamas that responded to my post @jazzy, realdentist, chrisdada, odunma , sunbestie and all other monikers i cant remember. I was still feeling so mch pain so i decided to get a second opinion at the private hospital i use. the doctor listened to lo's heartbeat, palpitated my abdomen ( very painful) then gave me two pcm injections and some tablets while asking me to go for scan. I went for the scan today and my babies was confirmed (yeah I'm a twin mama cc realdentist) and a mass was seen at the right adnexia measuring 56×48 mm and this has been the cause of my pains all along. The sonographer didnt confirm it to be a fibriod but said its close to my ovary and the doctor didnt tell me what the mass is but prescribed a daily dose of injections (GENTS i think) for 3days and some drugs which i will start by tomorrow.
I learnt some new things from this my experience number one being that you should not ignore what your body's telling you. As a ftm pple just feel you are exaggerating things and dnt take you serious. The doctor at the govt hospital i registered in didnt take me serious, he didnt palpitate my abdomen, didnt care dat i was in pains , didnt request i go for scan -nothing. Once it was established that i was not contracting( you cant blame me i was feeling movement accompanied with a lot of pains, what was i supposed to think?) he just dismissed me offhand so he can go bck to chatting. Some friends i even complained to tot i was just being lazy, they all kept saying dats how its supposed to be ( feeling pains to the extent u walk doubled over, cant get out of bed , cant sit straight @20 weeks ) i am sur even some mamas here tot so too , . Anyway today i am so happy cos God has confirmed his word in my life and i know the blessings of God maketh rich and added no sorrows, so where ever that mass is coming from I'm sure it has gone back to sender in Jesus name.

ps: pls any mama that has experienced same thing can share and can some body explain wat that gents is and wat it does?

Thanks to my teamie and all mamas dat chook mouth in my matter. so after getting turned around yesterday i finallysaw a doctor who proceeded to educate me on what proper contraction feels like which is different from what I was feeling (thank God!!!!). what i was experiencing was a constant pain and movement around my abdomen which he said was caused by stress and the food i ate (pepper soup). That established, he sent me home without any medication even though i am still feeling the pains. pls has any mama experienced this? i cant walk straight, i cant bend to pick something off the floor, when i touch my lower belly i feel this sharp pain that makes me cry out sometimes even when sleeping turng is one very painful process. pls is this normal at 20wks? i am waiting for response from sabi mamas here b4 going for a second opinion .

thanks o all mamas for all the anwers i didnt receive. i understand today is monday and most of us are busy with work. so....being a ftm i didnt knw the difference btw my lo's movement and contactions, i had contractions all tru the night, the pressure in my pelvic region was hellish, i cudnt stand up straight, when i lie down no relief i jst kept having this continuos contractions. I managed to get to the hospital this money and all i have been able to achieve is being shuffled from anc to emergency to labour ward still to be attended to.....i am not bothered though cos Jehovah jireh's got me, he has said i will not cast my young, and the fruit of my womb is blessed so these babies have to sit in and bake some more for the nxt 17weeks. My daer 4 nw its ok,js start my wk 12 n also. Waiing till 14 or 16 2 register ANC.my doc said d folic acid is ok 4 nw as d iron tab mk mi run stomach.u can try getting preganantcare since u r nt eating well.but d MS will soon b ova.for mi am getting ova it little by little already as I eat beta dan b4 n av little strength nw daN sm weeks back.d lord will.
