Politics › 2023: God Told Me Atiku Will Be Our Next President – Dino Melaye by Katcall(op): 6:29pm On Apr 04, 2022 |
Former Kogi Central Senator, Dino Melaye has claimed that God informed him that former Vice President Atiku Abubakar would succeed President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023. The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain said that God called him thrice to tell him that Atiku would be the next president of the country. He made this known on Monday during the submission of the nomination and expression of interest forms duly signed by Atiku at the PDP headquarters in Abuja. Addressing PDP members during the submission, Melaye described Atiku as the only unifier of the country and the only presidential candidate Nigerians can trust. Melaye said: “We are here to present the form of the only unifier of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. “We are here to present the form of the Ronaldo and Messi of PDP. “By the grace of God, as I hand over the microphone to chief Raymond Dokpesi to present these completed forms to the national organising secretary, I want to state unequivocally that many of us when we call on God, God doesn’t give us missed calls. “When we call Him, He picks up our call. And He called me and he said Dino, I said yes my Lord. He called the second time again, I said yes my Lord. He called the third time, and he said: Atiku would be the president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.” https://www./2022/04/04/2023-god-told-me-atiku-will-be-our-next-president-dino-melaye/ |

Politics › NAPTIP Secures Release Of 15 Nigerian Girls Trafficked To Mali by Katcall(op): 8:16am On Feb 21, 2022 |
The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) has secured the release of 15 Nigerian girls trafficked to Mali.
One of the girls has a three-year-old boy. Two others are pregnant.
They were released from their traffickers with the support of Action Against Trafficking in Persons and Smuggling of Migrants in Nigeria (A-TIPSOM).
Also supportive was the Network Against Child Trafficking, Abuse and Labour (NACTAL).
A-TIPSOM is a project being implemented in Nigeria by the International and Ibero-American Foundation for Administration and Public Policy (FIIAP) and is being sponsored by the European Union (EU).
At the reception of the girls on Sunday at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport, Abuja, the NAPTIP Director-General, Dr Fatima Waziri-Azi, stated that the return of the girls was achieved through a collaborative effort.
Represented by Mrs Angela Agbayekhai, Head, Intelligent and International Corporation Unit, NAPTIP, the director-general said the process started through the information the agency got from NACTAL, an NGO working in partnership.
“You will agree with me that it is not just Mali that these children of ours have been, but we are happy today that we have been able to bring back these number of girls.
“It is our hope and plan that we will bring back more of these children because we have so many of them still out there in Mali.
“Today we have 15 of them with a child of three years, a male child. A fact-finding team who went to Mali in 2017 estimated that there are about 20,000 Nigerians still trafficked there.
“These ones brought back today is a drop in the Ocean of the numbers of these Nigerians. This is a good start, NAPTIP D-G will work with the minister’s concern to bring back as many as possible.
“Bringing them back was not difficult, we had on ground an NGO we work with based in Mali, we gathered information, share intelligence and it was easy to put them together,” Waziri-Azi said.
Mr Abdulganiyu Abubakar, the NACTAL President, stated that the whole process was made possible based on the partnership they have with Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) in the 16 West African countries.
He said that NACTAL has implemented different mechanism in the 16 ECOWAS countries for the protection of children. Abubakar said that there is no country in the region that have a formidable platform in terms of child protection mechanism like Nigeria.
He said that the partnership with ECOWAS countries on child protection mechanisms led to the formation of the West Africa Coalition Against Trafficking in Persons and Smuggling of Migrants (WACTISOM).
“It is this initiative of WACTISOM that led to the identification of these young Nigerian girls; our partners in Mali have written to us about these 15 girls in their custody who are victims of trafficking.
“They have all escaped from their traffickers and want to return back home and we immediately contacted NAPTIP and A-TIPSOM. Mali is a major transit country for trafficking in persons,” he said.
Mrs Ugoh Ogbunide, the Technical Advisor on Partnership, A-TIPSOM, said that all that her organisation have done was to provide support for the return of the girls. https://pmnewsnigeria.com/2022/02/21/naptip-secures-release-of-15-nigerian-girls-trafficked-to-mali/

All those conditions are present, so it will continue to sprout until at least one of those conditions - likely nutrients - is no longer available.

ugom123: If you both are sure of what u have as true, why not? Go ahead and accept. Forget about what the world will say and focus on what makes you happy. Ur sis is free to marry anyone including his brother if she wants to.
This life eh, it is only what makes me happy that I do as long as I'm not killing anyone. what if the man couldn't cope with ur sis. I know my guy who has been so good to his wife but the wife has refused to be good in bed. He has tried eveything to teach her but she has refused to learn. This my guy na correct guy wey Don over try for this his wife even when they were dating.
See eh, marriage matter, is somehow. If the man finds love else where now from a lady who meets his desire, some humans will begin to judge him. sis, if u love the man too and he loves u too, go ahead and accept and enjoy. my friend get out of here. You are not making sense |

Flamemignon1: Can we stop listening to what critics have to say before enjoying a flick? I'm not talking about this movie though because it's completely wack. We should all learn to watch something and make up our minds, not follow the bandwagon. I love how critic sites like RT and metacritic are roasted on social media, whenever they post their review on their SM page, the comment section is always filled with "now i'm gonna see it since they say it's bad". I'm not gonna wait for my fellow being to decide whether i'm gonna watch a movie or not because we are all humans, most of this critics reactions are complete bias, it's either they don't like the actor or they do, some were bribed etc.... AMPAS comes mind in this part, they gave Emily in Paris a good review despite me viewing trash because of the VIP experience they were treated to before the golden globes by Netflix. If most movie goers heeded what critics said about the first matrix movie or the "Saw" franchise, i'm sure they would've missed such cinematic experiences God will bless you for speaking the truth. I'm a renegade when it comes to watching movies. I don't listen to what any motherfucking critic say. |
