i am an 8 for somany years an i dnt loose so much or add either and if i were bigger than 8 i so will not be bothered. i eat wat i want and live how i want. all these weight obsession puts me sooo off. beauty is not in weight boobs or ass, it is in the aura that emits out of u , ur carriage anf that sexiness that comes out with all the loss or gain of weight.

The normal thing is that dating a married man is dead wrong, that is the ideal situation, but in reality, anything can happen say wat say wat. Some men are not happy in their marriages and seek company else were, some young women are not happy with been with single guys and some of their hassles and seek happiness in a no strings attached relationship. I do beleive that their should be fidelity in marriage and i pray to have one , but we africans dont c the things same way with people in the western world. We are idealists and they are realists. But with my years of education in buisness mangemnet and HR, leadership skills are far from being snoty and snubbish. They are more like putting you discipline hat on when it is most needed and discipline putting the recipients dignity at heart, and also putting your sense of humour hat when its needed, to build a comfortable environment for work. So slapping a staff, though I find it hard to beleive, its archaic, rude, stupid and unprofessional and he actually did not but the skills thought him in business school to play at all.
