Please!! A CV is not only about the format or template, it's very much about the content. Even if I give you my format and you can't put relevant content in it, it wouldn't help you. |

Romance › Re: Opinion: 'Does Marriage Determine A Successful Life?' by kateskitty(f): 6:17pm On May 13, 2017 |
optional1: In the African system (I won't say globally because I know a lot of successful people in the white world who ain't married but stay relevant), it appears that regardless of how affluence and successful you are, you can never be marked completely relevant.
For the ladies, approaching the age of 25-30 without a matrimonial home, you're already considered done and a failure. And for the men, at age 35-40 without a wife, you're seen less relevant.
Take Miss Linda Ikeji as a case of study, the most popular blogger in Africa, a self made lady has received a lot of backlash from critics due to her inability to get married despite her level of success. Same goes to the Marvin's CEO, Don jazzy, the bangalee, Dbanj, Mr incredible,MI, Mr capable,Bankole Wellington(BankyW)...to mention a few.
Now my question is, must one get married in Africa to stay relevant? Does marriage determine a complete man? Can't one just remain single, stay out of marital issues and enjoy life as a bachelor or spinster?
Cc. Lalasticlala mydd44 krissconnect I have a question for you Is life easy If your answer is no, then my second question is If life is not easy, then how do you expect marriage which is part of life to be easy Marriage was never ment to be easy, but when you are married, life becomes a bit earlier when 2 people of like mine face it together. |

The foreign countries are advancing at a pace that's never been experienced before. They have achieved this through the diverse nature of it's citizens. Elon Musk who is an immigrant to America is now living the American dream without fear. But in Nigeria, just because the Igbos are helping to develop other parts of the country, yet they are still threatened of being thrown into the lagoon. I weep for Nigeria |

justi4jesu: Relax and wish her well, why do you appear pained and she is a woman like you. Grow up please. You didn't let me finish my comment before rushing to quote me. The problem with this self-made thing she is preaching is that she may have forgotten that in every rule, there's an exception and she is that exception. Just because she did it and it worked out well for her doesn't mean it will work for everyone. Don't forget that Nigeria is a funny country where something that works today may not work tomorrow. Now imagine if someone tried to be self-made and failed at it, what happens next I know someone who wanted to be a self made musician but her parents forced her to go to school, she managed to get her degree and went back to music. Guess what, the musical career crashed and now she's glad she has her degree which she's using to work. So my point is, she can only inspire some people but not everyone will be self-made like her |

Because she's self-made the rest of us will not hear word. She claims to be self-made but did she not have parents who sponsored her in school She claims to be self-made but she has a family who have loved and supported her. Not everyone will be an employer, some will still need to be the employee. Not everyone can be rich, even Jesus said that the poor will always be among us. |

mexxmoney: The pope is the life president of a country. It is not about what he earns. The entire Wealth and Assets of the Vatican city are under his control until he dies. The pope is rich anyone, who tries to argue otherwise is just being economical with the truth What's this one saying The Pope is rich How can he be rich when he doesn't own the said wealth. It's only under his watch until he dies So according to you, because Nigeria is rich then Buhari is rich because he is the president |

While a CEO of an organization of a similar size could expect to make a salary of multiple millions of dollars annually, the Pope does not in fact receive a salary - at least not while he’s still alive. Traditionally, Popes earn 3 coins per year: one gold, one silver, and one copper. Upon their death, 3 bags are placed in their coffins containing the coins accumulated in their papacy. While a parish priest earns around $25,000-$35,000, and Cardinals are entitled to the “Cardinals' plate" (today set at 5,000 euros per month, which is designed to pay their living expenses), the Pope's living expenses (such as food, travel, housing in Santa Marta, etc.) are handled out of Curia funds. In the unique case of Pope Emeritus Benedict who lives in retirement, he is given a monthly stipend of $2,500 Euros. Even though the Pope and clergy have enormous responsibilities like a CEO or business owner, and do have living costs to cover, their goal is not financial wealth, but God’s work instead. http://legatus.org/pope-salary
