Money don enter 9th mile! ObiDatti 2023 will stop this! |
NuclearWinter:Okay no problem. Let him announce on his first day in office that there'll be no more oil revenue for non oil producing states and see what the response of those states will be... There's no need to build castles in the sky. Many states are dependent on that revenue source, like it or not. You can't just cut it off without forewarning. During that time frame if transition, states will begin to grow their non oil sectors so that when it's gone, no one will feel it. This is non sentimental governance. And remember, Anambra is an oil producing state for all it's worth. Who will suffer? SE or NE? |
NuclearWinter:The post is about Peter Obi ọ... |
NuclearWinter: |
NuclearWinter:With all due respect sir, I beg to differ. The SE are businessmen who have survived a civil war. My grandfather was flattened after the war but the man still rose up to build houses in Onitsha. I'm the witness to that. Dredge river Niger, creating a sea port in Onitsha, and see how the SE economy will boom. No need to go to Lagos to clear goods. If it's a state/regional port, billions will roll in to the SE. Geographically, it's the north that is disadvantaged. They forsook agriculture and became dependent on oil. Even the Niger Delta militants are upset with the north; they own no oil yet they buy oil wells and desecrate the SS with spills. Ask yourself why there's a refinery in Kaduna?! They are positioning themselves to keep milking Nigeria and that's why they don't want to leave power (the corrupt ones). If you're from the South, you're helping them whether you're APC or PDP. They can't survive without political power. The Igbos are more industrious and can survive without federal allocation MORE than the north and even many SW states (outside Lagos). |

NuclearWinter:NC: Will you be working with the 1999 Constitution; how will you carry out governance with people that are not pulling their weight? PO: The Constitution might have its own problem but our constitution is not what is keeping us where we are today, it is bad leadership. Notwithstanding the constitution, you can drive everybody along and still make the country productive. Why do we have an Economic Council? The Economic Council in the Constitution says the states and the federal government will meet once a month to decide the economic future of the place. The biggest asset of the country is the vast uncultivated lands we have in the North with the human beings that are there. We are just sharing the little money that is coming from a diminishing asset called oil. Oil is a diminishing asset. ------------------ This the snippet from the interview. Now read your response again and see if you're making sense. Be honest with yourself. Insight is the pathway to deliverance from many issues. |
NuclearWinter:Please read the topic again... Thank you |

LP fit flip Kaduna. Let the consultations continue. Lagos and even North Central can be flipped too. With bloc votes from SS and SE, ObiDatti is a done deal. You need two regions to win. APC is trying to replicate 2015 by bloc SW and Northern votes. This time, SW is already flipping, North is already shared with Atiku and Kwankwaso on the ballot. PDP is localised now to the north alone. SE/SS is flipped LP and they can't even campaign in SW so PDP will find this election difficult. Only LP is sure of two regions: SS/SE plus scrapping votes off the SW, NC and NE. The structure-less party is already at roofing stage. ![]() |

I honestly don't believe that any candidate has a primary Islamic agenda. Even Tinubu with the Muslim Muslim ticket doesn't have "Islamization" as his primary agenda. If he did, Lagos wouldn't have been the way it is now: liberal and welcoming. I don't believe Atiku and Kwankwaso will make Islamization their primary agenda either. The problem is that for all the candidates, except Peter Obi, political Islam has found a way into their ticket/structure whether they like it or not. Political Islam is the ideology that believes it must take a hold of the political system/structure of a nation as part of service to Allah. Not all Muslims think that way, but believe me, a lot in the deep Northern trenches of Nigeria do. So they only gives their votes and support to any candidate that will promote Islam: political Islam. It's an ideology. This is why Tinubu chose Shettima: he had to bend to their demands. Atiku deleted his tweet condemning Deborah's murder for the same reason. In as much as any tribe or religion has a right to clamour for representation in government, when it becomes for the purpose of taking over the political structure of that government, it is a problem. This is because things are no longer done for the general good but to instill a religious belief system into the polity. Only decisions that will favour their ideology will see the light of day. Just like in Buhari's government, they clamour for key positions. When your boss and any potential boss is Muslim, you have to take a particular liking to the religion if you want to survive... and grow. This however shouldn't be so. Any decision taken by a government should represent the general good not the institutionalisation of a particular religion. When political Islam hijacks a government, it can lead to its downfall because it twists the arm of the government to do its bidding, not that of the people. Government shouldn't be about religious affiliations but general improvement of the polity. Amongst the current candidates, it is only the candidature of Peter Obi that hasn't been infiltrated this much. Tinubu's, Atiku's and Kwankwaso's has been. They will cower to the demands of this ideology. That of Tinubu will be no different because he's coming on the back of the current president, Buhari, who they held hostage all through his administration. Tinubu will be forced to play along with them or lose their support and backing. Shettima is their guard dog there. For Peter Obi, they don't have him by the jugular. This is one of the reasons the core North haven't bought into his ideology yet. If they see past ideological religious thinking and think economy, they will vote for him for free. His every decision will be based on reason and ethics not institutionalisation of political Islam. It is left for the church to decide. For decades, we have been deceived into thinking that politics doesn't matter. Jesus will come back no matter who is on the throne. True that, but if the wrong person is on the throne, we might not be Christian long enough to see His glorious return. I don't believe it's a coincidence that Peter Obi is the only Christian candidate on the ballot. Political Islam has been weaving its way into the government for long but didn't expect this third force. It is God's grace. Political Islam can work through any party that gives it leeway. It was APC before, it can continue with PDP if need be. I believe God gave us an opportunity to stem its tide and rise with a party and candidate without any structure. This is so that a new one can be built. The old one has been highly infiltrated already with political Islam (and though not necessarily connected, corruption and waste) As it stands, Peter Obi has a good chance because the Muslim votes (which are equal to that of the Christian votes for ease of categorisation) will be divided into two or three (Kwankwaso might step down close to the election for Atiku or Tinubu). If all the Christians stop their age long voter apathy, go to the ballot and chose right, Peter Obi will win with a landslide. The choice is ours. |
Money wey I go use do billboard Na him I go waste ontop one urchin somewhere? Lol ![]() ObiDatti 2023 |
I'm so happy whenever I see your tweets and illogical analysis trying to dismantle the Peter Obi candidature. It's obvious from them that Peter Obi HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IPOB as is being circulated by some mischief makers. Continue the good job Simon ekpa. God bless you

North Central States include: plateau State, Nasarawa, Kwara, Benue, kogi, Niger and you can add FCT to that. Benue, plateau and FCT are already LP. Nasarawa can still be won. If he does that, NC is LP. Election won. |

KingKO22:Go and read about the Arab Spring. People are structures. Especially when they're tired of the ruling system. Nobody believed that Gaddafi and Hosni Mubarak would ever fall. Just like you're doubting that the ruling class in Nigeria can fall and soon. |
I'm for ObiDatti but this election is tied as it stands. Tinubu: SW Atiku: North Obi: SE/SS It's the Northern votes that are up for grabs now cos Tinubu and Obi voters rarely switch sides cos it's sort of ethnic based now. Atiku has lost the north many times and can still lose it. Tinubu choosing Shettima was a political card for Northern votes. Obi has a loophole he can use tho: Northern Christians and Hausas. Atiku is another Fulani so he might not have that much of an appeal to the Hausas as much as Datti might have. Northern Christians too have numbers in the north and will use it. I really think it's time for Datti to get to work. |
Godoverevery:Is it my BP that is rising? ![]() Enjoy your anger and bitterness ![]() ObiDatti or not, I go still dey happy dey go. Na long life I dey find! ![]() |
Godoverevery:Read your own post again and see how angry and bitter you sound... Smh when is Peter obi Church tours hitting white garment churches?? are they not Christians?? He doesn't need there million vote He should visit CAC also. Dumb politician who become a born again Christian all of a sudden....desperate liar He can only fool himself and his tribe. Ps-PO attacking bulldogs feel free to bark and vomit all over here. Tinubu is your next president.....if you don't like it feel free to hang yourself. |
Shouldn't you be happy he's making this "colossal mistake"? You sound upset that your enemy is doing the "wrong" thing. It should be a thing of joy for you.... ... Except you're seeing some positive impact that is getting you jittery. When Tinubu picked MM ticket, Obi camp was happy cos it was a shot in the foot for them. Me I'm confused as to why you're vexed. |
