The reasons these people (Sowore, Moghalu etc) can't win include:
They don't have the financial capacity
They don't have local support
They are not grassroots politicians
They people supporting them are elites who don't vote
They scream only on social media and INEC is yet to bring polling units to the social media

The footer credit is there as a means to credit the builder, to appreciate and spread their work. It can be removed effortlessly, though.

Here's how:
Copy the footer credit
Sign in to your blogger dashboard
Go to Themes
Select Edit HTML
On the HTML page, click the text area containing blocks of code and press Control F
In the search box, paste the footer credit you earlier copied and hit enter. The credit will be highlighted.
Do whatever you want with it.
That's it.

Premium publishers are tad safe of click fraud but I don't think non premium publishers are.

Google Adsense not can be harsh, I've read in many occasions were genuine publishers were wrongly banned and Google wasn't listening.

There's no such thing as genuine publisher for as long as it's the publisher that described him/herself as that or try to prove themselves as such.

Take the OP of this thread for instance. He's trying to make us believe he didn't do anything shoddy, but how on earth can his earnings rise from a few hundreds to such thousands in a matter of a month? Aha. Only blogs owned by and targeted at Americans and/or blogs like Linda's can generate the massive traffic that can achieve that much.
