Your best bet is to invest in books, use Google and follow successful people – a role model kind of thing. I haven't made even half a million yet, but I'll surely surpass it. I'm that confident.

My advice, however, is that you shouldn't use images you don't have rights to. Shutterstock makes a large chunk of money suing people using their copyrighted works.
