@OP, I believe people's complexion change as they get older but that's till to get to a certain age. Afterwards, I believe it's only poor diet, overexposure to sun rays, poor hygiene or cream that can change that. I know people say it's hardship but hardship only leads to any of the things I listed. So I actually think you'd figure out the reason yourself if you pay close attention.

I'm not an expert.

She is naturally fair does not mean she will forever retain the complexion. It is not about hardship, diet or hygiene. People change.

My mum while she was still young was naturally white. And back then, she and her siblings used coconut oil as body cream, but her colour retained. Even after she had all her children, she was white still until she clocked 55 that her fairness began to reduce. Even if you see her, you won't believe she's 60+.

So about the OP, I can say it could be due to age or an adulterated skin care product.

And if neither was the case, I have no idea of what could be the cause.

Pay a visit to your dermatologist.

If she's been using any skin care body cream that contains 'Kojic Acid' or 'Mercury' or 'Hydroquinon', the change in complexion is imminent once she either stop using the product or got an adulterated.

From the lessons they taught me, FCMB is an irresponsible bank. I'm not sorry to say this because after I got scammed on December 23rd 2020 of all my savings, I called their fraud desk. Immediately I mentioned I've been scammed, the lady who answered my call told me to hold on as she would forward my call to who would attend to me.

I obliged as I had no choice.
Several minutes past, nobody answered me.
I kept waiting hopefully to get a reply but nothing came.
Until all my airtime was exhausted in vain.

I rushed to their email, typed all plea in pains explaining to them what happened, sent them all screenshots from almost day one of my chat with the legit sounding scammer, and even begged them to help in recovering my money.
Till date, they're yet to reply.

I went to their Twitter handle, complained there and I was ignored. I sent them DMs, yet no reply.
I complained to Wema Bank, and same day they replied.
I complained to First Bank and they also replied after some days that I should report the issue to FCMB as they are the only one who can do something about it.

Till date, FCMB is yet to reply my email or my tweets.

I've decided that should I survive this, I'm closing my account with them.
I just wish GOD can help me get to the level that I'd come back to acquire FCMB. Then will I dismiss all their staffs and recruit responsible and serious ones to replace them.

They are very very much IRRESPONSIBLE.
