I know what mixed is. Age of ultr0n received positive reviews not mixed. It had 66% positive reviews in metacritics and 75% positive reviews in rotten tomatoes. Check the wiki page of the movie to confirm what I'm saying.

The reviews were good, yes. But critics kept saying the movie could have been better, that some characters didn't get enough attention and the Black Widow/Hulk romance.

No one complains because it is Misney. Don't you get it, Misney never makes mistake but others do. Some of these critics are just sadists, this makes me believe that Disney has lots of media influence.

Anyway, I'm about to watch BvS again for the second time. I sure will pause it a lot cos i wanna catch all the easter eggs.

Deadpool is also a Fox movie but nobody bashed it. It got a lot of positive reviews both critics and users. When something is done well, no-one in their right minds can ridicule it. If Disney had lots of media influence, why did Age of Ultron get mixed reviews? Why is Agent Carter being cancelled?

Has mystique always been a villain from her origin? I don't know much about her origin though. I would have said that it could be part of her character development to make her a hero initially.

Mystique's closest foray to the good side has been anti-hero. She has worked with the X-Men a few times but has never been a part of it's inner circle, except when infiltritating in disguise. I'm not even surprised by anything Fox does again. Their feeble attempts at establishing relationships just makes me smack my head. I'm yet to see the point of finally linking Quicksilver as Magneto's son. Are they also going to make Nightcrawler Mystique's son? It could be one of the explanations for his line in the trailer "You're her" to Mystique. I find that unlikely seeing as they tweaked her origin in First Class. Mystique is supposed to be as old as Wolverine but First Class places her closer to Professor X in age. Like I said, I don't watch Fox comic movies as comic movies again. I just watch them as movies which is why Deadpool was a pleasant surprise.

There's a difference between making Tony Stark a comedian and making Tony Stark a villain or anti-hero. Nobody has seriously complained about Wolverine having more team leadership than Cyclops in the movies but Mystic's change from villain to hero(anti-hero, more likely) is just too big to let slide. It's like making Harley Quinn a hero in the movies because Margot Robbie is a big star.

Obixcel, I can't thank you enough for your TC link to Civil War. Wasn't sure how much longer I could avoid spoilers before a clear version came out. Will watch it tonight. Thanks again.

Just downloaded Civil War. Can't wait to dismiss and watch it.

Just got a nostalgic kick. Back in secondary school, when I had no idea what anime was, one of my friends used to regal us with stories of DragonBall, Knight of the Zodiac and City Hunter. There was one he also told us but I couldn't remember the name. I remembered the characters though so I googled them. The series is Saiyuki and the plot overview seems pretty interesting. I'm putting it on my watchlist alongside Kaitekyo Hitman: Reborn.

the problem with getting superman right isn't in his pers0nality. Its in his powers, he's over powered and he doesn't have c0ol villains like batman or flash n0r g0od st0rylines. To write a character like supes, you either appeal to a certain kind or n0ne. If u dumb him down to make him interesting, people will c0mplain <in this age when no one really wants the christopher reeves supes>. They dumbed supes down in jl cart0ons and people c0mplained. If they made supes brute to l0ok c0ol, others would c0mplain<M0S for example>. To me getting supes right is u need a villain thats str0ng en0ugh to beat or kill supes, smart and has a s0mewhat c0ol pers0nality that u could cheer for <ofcourse thats different fr0m brainiac, lex, darkseid. I guess supes should be taken to the supernatural side other than the sci fy route> and a g0od st0ryline that reflects the character's pers0nality and the era he lives in and an intelligent writer. N0t snyder obviously.

I haven't watched BvS so i can't judge Eisenberg's performance but I know that Alexander Luthor is one of the most interesting and dangerous Superman villains. They could use him like Loki, make him both a Supes villain and a JL villain.

I don't know what it is with DC, their movies aren't gripping, infact I could say they are not well made or constructed. I couldn't sit through BVS without yawning; the only highlight probably was the appearance of wonder woman. Now I feel the wonder woman movie will be a flop.

Marvel gets people... if ant man could make up to 500mil despite how simple the movie was, (and I could get mama to watch it) Dc has to change their creative producer.

We are not talking about money, bro. BvS raked in a good profit, less than expected, but good. We are talking about the critical performance of the movie.

I know everyone's entitled to their own views but I'ld like to address a few points.

To those viewing their exes as used toys, I hope you don't have sisters or beget daughters because that's how they will be viewed in turn.

To those calling it betrayal by either the girl, the friend or both, what is traitorous about two single people getting into a relationship and being happy together? If you still have feelings for the girl, address them. The only betrayal is if your friend sabotaged your relationship. Else, you're just whining.

You don't have to be okay with it. You may still have feelings for the girl. But you can't insult anyone or accuse anybody of anything.

I'm sure it has been in the works before Bvs but I think Moneyallowed has cleared the issue. Bvs just pushed up the schedule but you make it sound like Marvel heard DC was doing a Superhero Vs movie and suddenly whipped up Civil War from space.

He's kinda right about that. The Russos said in an interview that although they already made plans to make Civil War before BvS, those plans only got approved after BvS was announced. So while calling it a reaction might be incorrect you can't deny that it pushed it forward. Anyway it's not about who did it first, it's about who did it best, and there is no contest there

Civil war would've been a definite ending for the MCU if it were m0re of an avengers film. That is after infinity war parts. It would've shown the extent than0s went to affect the team. I believe civil war was made cos of 2 things, as a way to get spidey into MCU and a reacti0n to BvS. Imagine CW as a captain america film, God!

@ bolded. Civil War has never been a reaction to BvS. Marvel has a definite schedule lined up to 2023 or 2028, I can't place which right now. Some years from now you'll say that Infinity War is a reaction to Justice League that does not even have a complete cast yet.

At the burial of my friend's dad. I was so exhausted from all the work we did that day. I fell asleep on the chair as we (me and the dude's other friends) were discussing, I later woke up in our room. The guys were teasing me about how I fell from the chair and continued sleeping on the ground till they carried me in.
