I noticed a trend recently, I don't know if you see it to. The number of discharge cases keeps decreasing while the reported cases keeps rising. Before now we use to see things like; 220 new cases, 155 discharged, 2 deaths.

I got the so called consultant and that was all they did. Mine is for pay those working after they do their thing. I bought the tissue cultured suckers at 250 per 1 x 200 and the normal suckers at 100naira each X 175. I think he used 2m by 2m. Can't remember the specifics though.

I expect the FG to further announce that the NYSC discharge or exemption certificate is no longer a requirement for job application.

A better proposal would be to make it optional for people to either participate or not. Then pay those who wish to stay half of what they could have earned if they went for it but tied to the condition that they learn a skill or start a business with the fund. Training+supervision then disbursement.....Jobs will be created and the individual and country is better for it. This is what I think.
