This sad story looks like it is caused by some wicked elements in their family. See there is so much wickedness in this world. But my question is since God knows everything before it happens, why couldnt He prevent it? |
Adriano Galliani who is the CEO of AC Milan has claimed that Lionel Messi has surpassed legendary Diego Maradona and Pele as the best player of all time. I am in total support of what Adriano said. Do you think Messi has actually surpassed these football legends? |
@ Nictos you are welcome. You will be able to relate well with others here better than when you go to babycenter. I wish you the best. I pray we get our visitation soon soonest. @ Mstia thankyou for stopping by. |
I see some educated ladies sending their lovers to school in a bid to clean up their guy and bring him up to their standard. My sister you are just gambling with your heart becos when lover boy finish school he no go look your side again. That time when he finish school, and the lady wants to settle down with him, he will tell the lady 'I'll pay you back all the money you spent on me, we are not compatible'. See bombheartbreak o. And then d lady fit don reach 35 or even 40yrs because she dey wait mek her guy finish B.Eng/ B.Pharm or any 5yr course. So ladies be wise. |
Just like caracta and gree-die said help train any1 you can bt I maintain dat its unwise to train a lover with the hope of marrying such a one becos u maybe jilted. . take not I said maybe. Help unconditionally if possible. |
The rate at which some ladies/guys dump their lovers when they enter university or NYSC camp makes me wonder whether there is wisdom in sponsoring a would be wife or husband in school nowadays. I had an uncle who sponsored a lady right from secondary school through university only to be dump by the lady who referred to him as old school. Equally rich educated ladies have picked guys 'from the gutters', trained them and cleaned them up only to be dumped later. Is it WISE to train up a lover or just marry a made lady or guy to avoid some avoidable heartbreak? |
The igbo language if fast going into extinction and Rochas Okorocha has stepped in to help revive the language. But come o why do our igbo brothers speak English with their children at home. Is it to show how learned they are or its pride. It is a bad habit. Anyway if you happened to be raised by parents that taught you only English oppurtunity has come for you to learn your local dialect. Speaking ones local dialect is very important as you can communicate to your wife/husband or even children some secrets things in the presence of your visitor. I am definitely not against speaking English at home but I stand for learning and speaking your native language as well as English. In a bid to encourage Igbo language and its cultural value, the Imo state government through the administration of Governor Anayo Rochas Okorocha, recently rolled out Free Igbo Language classes at the Imo state liaison office in Lagos for its citizens. The governor’s Special Assistant on Lagos Liaison, Hon. Lisa Asugha emphasized that the on-going Free Igbo Language education was in fulfillment to the office late last year’s unveiled blueprint, which she said would strengthen Igbo’s cultural institution.Though, she added that the Free Igbo Language Education for Imo children both at home and abroad would also enable them speak the language fluently, as against being phased out by the new and digital generation. However, she opined, “Truly, this will go a long way in helping our children both at home and abroad to learn and speak Igbo language fluently. It has been noticed that our language and culture is gradually phasing out in this new generation, and on this note, the governor has thought it wise to establish such a school to educate our children”. Meanwhile, Asugha also disclosed that plans are in progress over the establishment of the first of its kind ‘Imo City: Gallery of Igbo Heritage,’ a world class monument that will take people through the evolution of Igbo race. The gallery which according to her would be depicting the Igbo culture and heritage will also help children of the digital age understand what life and culture of the Igbo man used to be.She also stressed that it would reflect the different stages of transition and evolution with the aim of presenting the traditional ways of life of the Igbo man, showing life in the villages before the advent of colonialism and post-colonialism |
Amen. May their soul rest in peace. |

lol at Clifford Orji. I guess that came to your mind becos he is the only popular Clifford we know of. |
Mods please front page. |
@ Sheedy407, I get you. But its equally good his mind is also on the confederation's cup. Now he looks forward to play for naija... can remember when he was usually begged to come and play but that has changed now. Everyone has to perform well in the team or else they are replaceable. I wish him well sha. |
Mikel Obi tells about his next target is to make another history by winning the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup. Did you believe from the onset Nigeria would be champions again? Yes. We had it at the back of our mind to win right from the training camp in Portugal. We were driven to write our names in gold, make Nigerians happy and with hard work, God made it possible for us. After the first two games, where the Eagles drew with Burkina Faso and Zambia, millions of Nigerians lost hope in the team. Was that the same feeling in the team? There was no point in the competition that I, for one, felt we won’t win it. I told you before we went for the tournament that there are no small teams in football again. I knew it won’t be an easy task for us, so we prepared for it and kept believing in ourselves even when things looked difficult. What would you say were the secrets behind Nigeria’s triumph? I will say God. We were also determined, worked hard and were united as one big family fighting for a common goal together. The spirit was so high and we just didn’t see ourselves losing and that kept us going till the end. There was no division whatsoever in the team. How did you feel when you came face-to-face with your former Chelsea teammates and friends, Salomon Kalou and Didier Drogba? It was great to be together again after a while. I missed them, but I broke their hearts, I had to do it because I needed the trophy. How would you rate the Super Eagles now? We won the Nations Cup; we are African champions, so we are the best. The team kept improving game after game because we have a lot of new boys in the team and we were getting on well. We will keep improving. It was a good performance overall. Which was your toughest game in the game? All the games were tough, but let me pick the final game against Burkina Faso. They really gave us a good fight even more than they did in our opening group match. What can you say about the 2013 Nations Cup as a whole? It was a great tournament. The organisation was superb; the standard of play was good. It was a great experience. Many people expected you to be named as the player of the tournament, but it was not to be. Were you disappointed? No hard feelings because my mission to the Nations Cup was accomplished. I have dreamt of winning the trophy and now I have got it. I would have loved an additional award, but it was not a big deal. What of with the national team? The next competition we will feature in now is the Confederations Cup, it will be nice to win that and add to my medals’ collection. It will be another history for Nigeria and the continent, but getting ticket to the 2014 World Cup in Brazil is very important too

On Valentine’s Day – 14th February 2013, Nollywood superstar Nse Ikpe-Etim married her first love, Clifford Sule. The couple completed the Civil Ceremony (Registry) wedding, therefore they are officially married. The next day, close friends including Rita Dominic, Waje, Thelma Ojiji, Uche Jombo, Dakore Akande and Michelle Dede celebrated with the couple at the swanky Sky Lounge penthouse restaurant & bar at Eko Hotel in Lagos. We all know Nse is a talented actress, writer and cook; so we just had to find out more about her beau. We googled Mr Sule and discovered that he’s a senior lecturer at a UK University. Beautiful and talented meets Handsome and smart! Congrats Nse & Cliff! We hear their traditional and white wedding will take place later on this year. Now I like the actress, always real and down to earth. Wish them happy married life. But its just another nollywood marriage and I wish it will be beautiful all through. God bless you two and success in the other celebrations coming up later in the year. |

geegirl101 congrats on your makari purchase, but please do not use it on your face o. I beg of you. I did that mistake and after glowing for exactly 3wks like u, I had serious breakout. I would sleep and wakeup with like 4 or 5 new pimples on my face and then my jawline started breaking out terribly. My take is if you have oily face like mine, stay away from Makari line of products. Its not worth the stress. Try to google " reactions from makari" and you will see what others face. Cheers dear this is not to scare you anyway but like tjskii said alternate it |
