The lady dat took it told me 1tab daily even though I unknowingly started with 2tabs but she corrected and I changed. Please 2tabs am and pm is highly overdose dat is 4000g per day. What we nid is just 1000g daily. Am happy you got it and I pray you will be pleasantly surprised. Make sure your dh takes it everyday o men really really need daily vit e even if their SA is okay. Our sabi sabi sisters will soon answer your question. But from my own view, hsg is not that painful provided you take a pain reliever before the exercise. Also why do you have to wait till next year before doing the hsg? Whatever reasons it may be, I think you should do it early enough and get your mind settled. You can read previous pages to find out what others did to treat PCOS. It is very treatable and there is no cause for alarm. Lest I forget you are welcome and your stay here will not be long. You will soon progress to the pregnancy thread.

My dear what your parents just said here is the truth. This humiliation is what will move God. Just try and compose yourself. I know its not easy but I wish you did not insult him too, but all the same ask God for forgiveness and when hubby is calm you can talk with him and tell him that you have forgiven him for all the hurt he caused you and you wish him to forgive you too(note the forgiveness part is just to clear your mind so that you can effectively pray to God). Then at midnight or any convenient time, pour out your heart to God, remind him of all you are passing through and plead with him to come to your aid. Pray for your hubby, dont blame him totally because he might be manipulated. Also take whatever treatment you are taking seriously. No bad feelings again and I have resumed in the office today. To all those who wish me twins I receive with open arms, av always wanted twins. I was battling prolactin issues before, treated with Dostinex which I took for 2 cycles and then stopped and conceived 2 months after stopping Dostinex, now Doctor has placed me again on it. Fingers crossed. And I know that my God shall supply ALL my CHILDREN according to His riches in Glory. Thankyou again for all the love and the e-hugs(wish I could download all d hugs). africanpea: I had a miscarriage after my 1st baby clocked 2yrs, it was 8wks old, it started like a joke one evening with spotting i went to d Dr immediately and was told to do an US, we saw d heartbeat and everyting looked ok and the spotting stopped, few days later it returned with pains at my lower belly, we rushed to d DR again and he asked to do anoda US and also do a progesterone test. The US showed no heart beat anymore and it was confirmed dead and i needed to do an evacuation immediately, it was done d following day. I blve the cause of the MC was just stress, both physical and emotional stress. It was very hard to get over it tho but am glad i have taken in again almost 5mths now. These are few things i did in my 1st trimester dat helped me pull thru; I drank lots of water, rested very well, put all fears and worries behind me, above all prayer and anointing urself and ur belly constantly.

Side View. Please try and get this supplement. The lady that introduced the Vit E to me equally took herbs for internal heat. I also took the herb from a brother in our church for internal heat. The treatment was in 4 steps. First one liquid for both of us to purge for 2days, then dry leaves to be infused in hot water to drink(me and Dh). After the tea type, I was given a fresh leave to use and cook banga soup with dry fish without Maggi, after that a liquid drink was finally given to me and Dh to be drinking Am and PM. Apart from the herb, I used the ACV by drinking it twice a day in a diluted glass of water and equally used it to wash my V.jay during my ovulation days in a diluted bowl of water. I used the herbs and Vit E for 2months and some days while the ACV was just for one cycle. I cut off from all soft drinks, even malt sef for the last 4months. I took this 'green leaf' they sell in the market during my ovulation days. Pikinmama explained it sometime ago and I took note of it. I took the green with raw egg, crayfish, salt and onions for this last 2 cycles. Last cycle I had serious ovulation pain when I took the green but this last cycle I did not feel much ovulation pain, I did not even see egg white this cycle I got pregnant. Spiritually, I had all prayers throughout the cycle before this last one i.e for the whole 28days I was always praying in the night for my Husband's financial breakthrough and fruit of the womb. God has finally answered my prayers and He will visit all of us here too. Hope this helps

What I did differently this cycle was ACV from cd 4 to 17, Vit E(1000mg) from september and a brother in my church got me herbs for internal heat and I have been using it since August. Please ladies this Vitamin E is very very good. Its a special Vit E and I will post d pics here, its lickable and very easy to take. You take it togeda wid your husband 1tab daily. A pregnant lady introduced it to me and dats wat she and 3 oda ladies took and all got pregnant. Me and my husband did not finish the first bottle sef.
