Chief Ladoja really let bygones be bygones and allowed Seyi Makinde to win. That is just the truth.
PoliticsRe: Discos’ Collection Efficiency Drops Despite Tariff Hike by kayroc: 5:23pm On Sep 16, 2019
The so-called hike is not enough to generate profit for the discos. Until the rate crosses N110/kwh, we will continue doing merry-go-round.

God bless you. and enriching his friends coupled with lobbying to enter America watered down the political values of Atiku

if PDP had settled with kwankwanso or Tambuwal it would have been hard for Buhari to won that election
That whole America fiasco was just too bad. He allowed Buhari and APC set the tone of his campaign for him. How can they advise Atiku to go to America and meet floor members of Nigerian community when Buhari certificate matter was not yet resolved.

They should have focused on Atiku economic pedigree. Yes he is corrupt but he has been building and establishing businesses in Nigeria. If they had compared Atiku business plan with Buhari people would have voted.

But for sure with Tambuwal or Kwankwaso PDP would have been unbeatable. Kwankwaso is another man that lost out this 2019, the Kano State gubernatorial election was too brutal. He now didn't go back to Senate. Too bad anyway.

Tambuwal us just lucky in life.
PoliticsRe: Buba Galadima: Nigerians Are Mourning Buhari’s Victory At Tribunal by kayroc: 11:43pm On Sep 11, 2019
This is one of the people that misled Atiku. They should have warned him not to talk about selling NNPC.
PoliticsRe: Osinbajo In Adamawa To Launch National Livestock Transformation Plan(not RUGA) by kayroc: 6:50pm On Sep 10, 2019
Any plan that does now include a blanket ban on cattle grazing outside of specific areas is sure to fail.

Brazil and US produce more beef than the Fulani and even export beef in massive quantity, and they restrict grazing of cattle to ranch areas.

Nigeria is the size of Texas which produces huge amount of beef through the use of restricted grazing but here our own must be different.

People should just thank God. Bolton is an abnormal and harsh man. The man actually said that the Iraq War was not a failure. When they reminded him of the number of people who died, he said that doesn't make it a failure. I couldn't believe it when I saw that clip.

I am a Prince from Jebba. Baba kazum jut say it the way it is. Senior Saraki and Bukola Saraki were been used by the Emir to perpetrate this injustice. We have been fighting for this freedom for so long and we believe we shall see light at the end of the tunnel. There is a court judgement yet to be obeyed by the Kwara State Government that my father ( Oba Of Jebba) salaries should be paid because he became Oba of Jebba as the traditions of the town demands. From 2003 till date he is yet to receive a dime. Like two of you put it , it is both XenoKwara and Xenofulani but nothing in life is obtained without a struggle.
I dont know how in this mordern age an Emir would believe in his own wildest imagination that he can continue to suppress a town that existed before his. The havoc that was committed by the Emir using the two Sarakis on our traditional institution has been very worrisome but we beleive and pray tht the present Governor will correct all these anomalies.
Please is what they are saying about the current governor true? They said he is not too close with the emir and that he is planning to promote Oba of Jebba and other traditional Yoruba first class obas in Kwara if he can win Secord term.

Oga, me sef I am looking for how to enter Canada. Only to finish school and start building myself before I relocate out.

But the only issue I will point out is that there is nothing wrong with black people or black race. We are doing fine all over the world so long as we have the opportunity to put something down.

So please don't condemn all blacks. You are a member of black race and you are at a level where international company can relocate you. So you are not deficient yet your drive and husle is a product of Nigeria.

That is all I have to say.

I love and I will like you take a step....

1.God bless you

2.I'm sad I have only one like to give this comment.

3.The bolded....is why the DISCOS and GENCOS are insolvent. And both the previous and present admin know it. But allowing the DISCOS and GENCOS set their own price means higher bills, and that's not poltically popular.

4.The government should deregulate power, and stop this attempt to reposses the DISCOS...because we would be back to square one.
This is true, but the real issue is that the estimated billing is the root cause of the unpopularity. If prepaid meters were given out and made universal, the outrage will reduce and tarrif increases will be more palatable.

PoliticsRe: Biafran Soldeirs Bravery And Gallantry by kayroc: 4:14pm On Aug 11, 2019
BaaleOko:
So Wikipedia which any idiot can edit is now your source of information on the Civil War? Even with all the countless books on the war written by credible
Thank God that some people still know history in this country. The Biafrans fought like lions and only France gave half support. Jacques Foquart of FranceAfrique fame was the one that offered Ojukwu's representatives the neocolonial deal that would guarantee Total EXCLUSIVE rights to lift crude from Biafra for 99 years. Ojukwu rejected the deal and offered right of first refusal and beneficial prospecting rights but that was not enough for France so they decided to give half-baked support to Biafra in an effort to bleed Nigeria as a whole.

Igbos and the other constituent people of Biafra put the entire Federal Government as well as the tens of thousands of Soviet, Chadian, Sudanese and Egyptian mercenaries to shame and had to resort to seige tactics to starve Biafra because not even the Tiv that they gathered from Benue were interested in attacking again after suffering numerous humiliating defeats.

The biggest crime of Igno elites is refusing to publicise the actual history of the war in an organized way, instead they rely on father to son transmission of the facts. The Biafran War of Independence was a conflict that was fought gallantly by the outnumbered and outgunned Biafrans.

If France had given full support and shipped the full consignment of arms through Cameroon, Biafra will be an independent state today. I am not Igbo but the Igbo elites didn't try. We don't see films or even books or activism getting strong funding to keep the memory alive. Igbos just decided to move on and give One Nigeria a chance- when the Hausa have never forgiven them for the humiliating defeats that Igbos inflicted on them.

Yorubas that didn't suffer anywhere near Igbos after June 12 were celebrating June 12 as public holiday since 1999. Where is Biafra Remembrance Day? Where is Biafra Genocide Day? Igbo politicians and elites are the ones that are the problems of Igbos worldwide.
PoliticsRe: Water Bill ; To Bring Back RUGA by kayroc: 2:02pm On Aug 05, 2019
This bill will pass in the end but people don't want to believe. Southern Reps from APC will vote for it because in the end, they are being held hostage by the Fulani CPC section of the APC.

All the Southern pressure groups that are voicing protest will be ignored in the end because the key players from the south like Tinubu faction are following the Fulani bumper-to-bumper because of 2023. The Fulani will use the Southwest to pass this bill and then dump the southwest in 2023 and put an Igbo man in.

The divide and rule strategy of the North will continue to ensure that they hold complete control over the destiny of the country.
PoliticsRe: Is Sowore Protest A CIA Clandestine Operation? by kayroc: 11:59am On Aug 05, 2019
Hilarious. CIA don't need to do anything to make sure Nigeria doesn't grow. They already succeeded when they supported the Army-written constitution. With that constitution Nigeria can never make meaningful progress.

PoliticsRe: JUST IN! Why DSS Arrest Omoyele Sowore by kayroc: 12:16pm On Aug 03, 2019
APCHaram:
Sowore is what they call "controlled opposition". He and Adeyinka Grandson are actively working for Buhari.

His so called revolution was to justify military deployment and crack down that will see most of the south flooded by BH and Fulani herdsmen under disguise as security personal from where a state of emergency will be enforced and RUGA implemented.
Right out of the Russian playbook. Actual opposition are killed, then these ones are left to serve as pressure release valve.

Disgruntled youths will follow him and of course he will never do anything that is a threat to the government. They will trot him out to generate controversy and quietly pass key bills while everyone is talking about half-baked revolution.

PoliticsRe: Why Do Nigerians Runaway From Their Country's Problems Instead Of Fixing It? by kayroc: 1:22am On Aug 01, 2019
You can only stay to fix something that is allowed to be fixed. There are top men that want Nigeria to be just the way it is. If you go against them, they will kill you and nothing will happen.

The number of incompatible ethnic groups in the country means that one can never gather enough Nationwide popular momentum to fish for reform.

Why keep hitting your head against a wall when you can leave the country and live a more productive life

If at this stage we are not talking about F15 or F16 we are just wasting resources and time. Our security adviser and ministry of defence are more clueless than the untrained Boko Haram. The current fighter jet is not fit for the current purpose.
However, let me inform you, that we have people stuck in the 70-80s set of thinking. Our service chiefs are corrupt, not capable of performing their jobs effectively, mentally poor to bring peace to this country.
I can't believe we still talk about useless toy planes to fight terrorist. Planes that have been faced out in many countries.
They are using those because that is what they feel they can embezzle money from. More sophisticated hers can't have the maintenance schedule toyed with the way these one are manipulated. It is madness but that is the reason behind it.
PoliticsRe: Buhari Government, Shi’ites Negotiating In Secret Over El-Zakzaky - Daily Post by kayroc: 1:54pm On Jul 26, 2019
Here we see why IPOB failed. The Nigerian state and the generals that run it only fear violence. Niger Delta militants were violent and got amnesty and pay off. Shiites have been violent and are securing negotiations.

Power is never given. It must be taken.

The situation in Togo is so pathetic.

Eyadema is not a reasonable man but he has strong support from France. OBJ had the chance to checkmate that man but he refused because of third term plot.

All Nigeria needs to do is deploy just a ship and one or two brigades and Eyadema will relocate to Paris but Bihari can't try it. Too bad.

Jokers. Why would anybody take drug intertiction seriously when the banks that Lauder cartel profits are still existing and still making billions.

You want to end drug smuggling? Start jailing HSBC and Deutche Bank executives that clean the money for these drug dealers. Until then, all this one is just for show.

SLBMS:
Yes it's too late painfully. Most Nigerians don't seem to care anyway.
For Patriots, the pain is very deep. Imagine the attitude of the mods to your submissions. You have been trying to start a more cerebral discussion on this site for donkey years, yet mods ignore the well thought out arguments and even the members of the site just make half-baked submission and move on.

The pain of seeing a country you love just slide down to this stage has turned many Nigerians from Patriots to anti-patriots, with the lovr the feel turned sour and pushing them to move elsewhere and join those countries that want Nigeria finished once and for all. So many have had the love the feel turn to hate and despise Nigeria to the extent that they actively work to destroy it.

For some people, they feel that if they turn on Nigeria and assist in it's brutalization, the country will wake up but others are so far gone that the just want the country to die finally so that they don't have to see it and be reminded of it's squandered potential.

Where is the concern of the elite? Nowhere to be found. What of the people? Those ones have given up finally. It is a hard time to be a patriot. A very, very hard time.
