What is God? You all need to answer that question first. When you all agree on A definition of God then your arguments about existence and origin will make more sense and perhaps, you all may find a middle point. |
dlondonbadboy:He's still alive. As a staunch Muslim, his death can never be shrouded in secrecy. He has to be buried at most 72hours after his death. Besides, we've seen his pictures recently. What we can safely assume however is that, he may not be in the right frame of mind to continue to lead. |
1. We do not know the state of health of the President. We can only speculate. 2. Going by the above, we can rightly speculate that the President may be unfit to continue to lead because he has not done the minimum expected of a leader that respects his followers, since he left for London in May: a direct address reassuring us that he's recuperating. 3. If the foregoing is true, then the constitution is very clear on what should happen next in order to avert power vacuum or political uncertainty that Acting Presidency can offer at its best. 4. Why then is that provision of the constitution not implemented to make the 'Acting' we have there now, helplessly beclouded by the shadows of the INACTIVE and unable to take crucial steps or make critical decisions, the substantive President? 5. That provision of the constitution is hard to implement. Why? The Federal Executive Council required to trigger the implementation is largely blindly loyal to the INACTIVE president. 6. What then is the way forward? a. We continue to pray for the speedy recovery of the President so he'll switch to ACTIVE mode as soon as possible. And if he doesn't till 2019, we should be prepared to endure the consequences of the power vacuum and political uncertainties that will be created by his continued absence. b. Encourage the President to resign to preserve his revered integrity and provide him the opportunity to attend to his health properly, without the burdens of leadership. c. Encourage the Federal Executive Council and the Senate President to invoke and implement section 144 of the 1999 constitution (as amended). Finally, If we can't see through any of a, b and c, then we should be prepared for the deep shit we'll eventually find ourselves in. QED. |

BlackGoldDbully:Yes. If your date of graduation is before May 2016 when you turned 30. Check the senate list to see the date of graduation uploaded by your school. |
deepfreeze:You have nothing to worry about since your correct age (below 30years) reflected on the senate list and you've registered successfully. |
BlackGoldDbully:You have to apply with what you have. You don't have much time except if you can get it quickly from your school. I think the primary school certificate and bio data form are requested to check consistency in your date of birth. |
Dottune:You surely know the place. There were hitches in the begining of the registration mainly because uploading of senate list was ongoing simultaneously with registration. Batch A registration went smoothly despite the larger number though their server crashed at some point. We've however learned, through experiene, how to manage the entire registration process and make it hassle-free for PCMs. |
ibroh22: Then you've not been to READYHANDS TECHNOLOGIES. Profile creation and capturing of finger print takes less than 5minutes and with your pre-filled template, the filling of the online form will take another 10-15minutes and online payment and printing takes the rest. |
Switup:NYSC changed the procedure for correction of date of birth in this batch. A WAEC verification PIN would have done the magic in the past. Now you have to apply for the correction through the Student Affairs Officer of your institution and you have to be fast about it. You will need the following: A hand-written application to the Student Affairs Officer (SAO) of your institution to be forwarded to the NYSC including the following: 1. A copy of West African Examination Council (WAEC) Results Certificate showing Date of Birth; 2. Completed Bio-Data form upon entry into the Institution; and 3. First School Leaving Certificate 4. WAEC Results Verification PIN for use by NYSC I don't know why they are putting PCMs through the stress of this long process because the WAEC PIN is what will still be used for verification of the date of birth. The only thing this new method is introducing is protection of NYSC against any legal backlash since you'll be tendering a handwritten and signed application letter to NYSC to change your date of birht to the one on your WAEC certificate. In case the date of birth on your WAEC certificate is wrong as well, NYSC can't be held responsible with this new approach. Before you follow the procedure to apply for correction, be sure that the date of birth on your WAEC certificate is correct or less than 30years for those trying to avoid EXEMPTION. |

HDT13:9am. |
It was a very busy day at READYHANDS TECHNOLOGIES, OBANTOKO, ABEOKUTA today as most schools now have the records of their PCMs on the Senate list. Registration got to its peak today. If you are within Abeokuta or around, go nowhere else for your registration if you want excellent professional services. For those having payment issues, you don't need to worry. If you paid in the bank using the Remita invoice containing your unique RRR, don't expect any PIN (that's the old system). Go to the Cafe where you registered with your payment receipt and ask the Operator to query your payment status. If the query shows that it is successful, you can log in and print your slip which will now carry your call-up number. Also for those who paid with ATM card and transanction ended abruptly without displaying receipt and money debited, don't panic. Just ask the operator to re-query your payment status, if the querry shows it's successful, you can log in to print your slip. For both cases, if all your payment attempts returns error message or not successful after querrying, then you'll need to trace the transanction and contact the help lines on the registration portal for further assistance. It has been a very stressfull day, need to rest. If you are in Abeokuta and need help locating READYHANDS TECHNOLOGIES for your registration, don't hesitate to call 08030755190 or 08038312501. |
Funkeadeoye:Yeah you don't need to worry. You can pay with any card. The payment receipt will carry your details. |
Funkeadeoye:It won't reject the white background passports you have as long as they are sized properly before uploading. We only advise people to re-take passport following the new standard they recommend in case they ask for it in camp. The off-white colour can be any shade of white prefarably light cream colour. The invoice is what will be generated first whether you want to pay online or in bank. If you are paying with ATM online, you don't need to print the invoice. You'll however need to print it or copy the RRR before going to bank to pay. You can defray the invoice at any bank processing remita payments. First Bank does. The amount is N3,039. Can't go into the details of account creation on NYSC portal now. Cant't type much with my phone. |
Funkeadeoye:1. You can pay with your ATM card if the card is activated for web transaction. Alternatively, you can tell the registration centre to print the generated remita invoice for you for onward payment in bank. 2. U'll need to upload a scanned copy of your Doctor's report. 3. The requirement is off-white background. 4. You can create account so that the verification mail will be sent to you on time. I won't however advice you open the verification mail and continue if you are not farmilar with the portal. If you are at Abeokuta or around, come to READYHANDS TECHNOLOGIES, OBANTOKO, ABEOKUTA TO REGISTER (08030755190). |
iceberg54:Upload the transcript pages separately naming each page; transcript page 1, transcript page 2 etc. Remember the size should be between 100-200KB. If you are within Abeokuta, come to READYHANDS TECHNOLOGIES, OBANTOKO, ABEOKUTA (08030755190, 08038312501) if you need further assistance. |
REGISTRATION IS ONGOING! If you are a foreign trained graduate, you don't need to worry about the senate list. You can register straightaway. Trendy247:You are to register afresh. Remobilisation is for those who absconded in camp or after camp. Revalidation is for those who didn't show up in camp at all after been called-up. |
zakir007:Yes. Registration is ongoing at our Registration Centre (READYHANDS TECHNOLOGIES, OBANTOKO ABEOKUTA) for PCMs with names on the Senate List. However, the numbers of PCMs here that haven't find their name on the Senate List far outweighs those who have. So relax. We are hoping the list will be complete before 12noon today. |
Registration already initiated. Registered just few people. Majority of PCMs here are yet to see their names on the Senate List. This is unfair to them as those who their names are there are already registering. Hopefully, the entire list will be updated before noon. Fingers crossed. Meanwhile, PCMs are advised to come around and take passport photographs for the registration. |
