The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) authority have announced that results of its 2018 West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for school candidates will be announced in Lagos, on Wednesday. The council’s Head of Public Affairs, Mr Damianus Ojijeogu, disclosed this to Daily Independent on Tuesday, saying that the council has again, in the words of the Head of National Office, Mr Olu Adenipekun, fulfilled its promise to reduce the waiting days for the release of result from 90 days. It will be recalled that about 1.5million candidates registered for the 2018 WASSCE for school candidates that commenced on March 27 and was concluded on May 15. Results of the 2017 examination showed that 923,486, representing 59.22 percent, of the 1,559,162 candidates that sat for the examination, obtained a minimum of credits in five subjects and above, including English Language and Mathematics. The 2017 result recorded a seven percent improvement on what was obtained in the same examination in both 2015 and 2016, with 38.68 and 52.97 respectively. Further statistics from the 2017 examination showed that 214,952 candidates that cheated last year had their results seized by the authorities. I had such experience sometimes back. It happened that the same pastor that said we aren't compatible was disturbing her for relationship (she told me when she want to come back). It took me hell before I could find the courage to move on (I'm happy I did). 1. I've seen mother of 4 who left husband for another man (guise that they weren't meant to be together), eventually left the later anyway. 2. I've seen mother of 6 who left her husband to be joined with another man (pastor - who said they are meant to be together), failed anyway. 3. I've seen many broken relationships based on finding The Right Man from 'God'. 4. There is more to relationship and marriage than God said. This is it, when I hear God said we can't be together, my response is simple; if God said it, then so be it. Never argue 'God said' with any lady, so you don't live to regret forever. 4 Likes 1 Share |
