Hearts were broken when each of the five African countries – Senegal, Nigeria, Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia – smashed out in the main phase of the World Cup – however a few fans say trust isn’t lost.
“At least we still have France,” many people have joked on social media.
Indeed, even French President Emmanuel Macron has in on the demonstration, revealing to Nigerians that now the Super Eagles are out of the World Cup, they should bolster France.
As the tournament is underway and runs through to Sunday, July 15, who do you support will lift the FIFA World Cup Trophy on July 15? Share your view.

chikachike86: You put the nail on the coffin when you made your affairs with her a Nairaland thang! This na babe you still want and you're here crying wolf. Anyway one of the rules of natural justice is to hear both parties before passing judgements.
I had such experience sometimes back. It happened that the same pastor that said we aren't compatible was disturbing her for relationship (she told me when she want to come back). It took me hell before I could find the courage to move on (I'm happy I did).
1. I've seen mother of 4 who left husband for another man (guise that they weren't meant to be together), eventually left the later anyway.
2. I've seen mother of 6 who left her husband to be joined with another man (pastor - who said they are meant to be together), failed anyway.
3. I've seen many broken relationships based on finding The Right Man from 'God'.
4. There is more to relationship and marriage than God said.
This is it, when I hear God said we can't be together, my response is simple; if God said it, then so be it.
Never argue 'God said' with any lady, so you don't live to regret forever.

Are there no Christians in that house or environment? cuz they would've easily put out the fire and raised these guys from the dead since Jesus made it clear that they'll get whatever they ask for in his name
let's check those verses shall we?
And Jesus answered and said to them, “Truly I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, `Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ it will happen. “And all things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.” (Matthew 21:21-22)
Jesus also reiterated it again
Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven. For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst. (Matthew 18:19-20)
and again
Amen, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it shall be done for him. Therefore I tell you, all that you ask for in prayer, believe that you will receive it and it shall be yours. (Mark 11:24-25)
and again
And whatever you ask in my name, I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything of me in my name, I will do it. (John 14:13-14)
and again
(Matthew 17:20 [b][i]For truly, I say to you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you.) then whatever you ask for in prayer will be granted
Christians can help us raise them from the dead like he did Lazarus, afterall he said they'll do "even greater works" than he did
So much death in the land and madness on the increase. God have mercy.
givememoney: There is nothing call ibadanland.. in history... There nothing call the olu to ibadan land in history Oba are just local government affair.
They demoted.. the oba of ife to ooni of ife
It is oluibadan of ibadan.. not olu ibadan of ibadanland. Ibadan is one local government in ibadan city.. you have dugbe, mokola,. Etc. In ibadan
That why the military arrested ooni of ife and alafin of oyo... When they started calling themself. Imperial majestic and start telling lies to people.. there is no imperial majestic in ibadan or oyo state... Education is important..
Awolowo was only playing political. games. Lagos is the correct capital, not ibadan..
Awolowo put the television station in ibadan because it territory television... The signal would not be received if the television station was in Lagos... So they place it ibadan.. ibadan people were only doing 419
Ajimobi is correct for appointing more obas. inibadann.. Because Ibadan has more than one local government...
Ajimobi is correct...is appointment of more obas is correct.. It is a local government affair. Ibadan has more lg.. which is responsible for undevelopment of ibadan
It is the same problem in ile ife, Benin city.., ilorin, they have more than one local government... And they should have more han one oba,
