aaw. bro albaqir, I can't access that email account due to password issue. You can send to counsellix@gmail.com. I tried your glo number but wasn't going through. I think I've lost your Mtn number. |
AlBaqir:Sheikh Albaqir, my very good brother. Abeg no vex. Its just low drive. Not much appetite for debate nowadays. Hope you and family are fine? Im still very much a big fan of your posts. Though belated, pls accept my condolences on the passing away of bro Toyyib Olawuyi. Such a fine, brilliant intellectual. May Allaah admit him into aljannah al firdaws. Inshaa Allaah, I hope we get to talk soon. And I plan to make my presence more visible on the forum, forthwith. |
Empiree:Maa Shaa Allaahu. Good to see you too. Although, I've never been far away. Just that I've lost appetite for much debate. I've been following your posts. I really admire you. You are a voice of moderation. And really polite. More grease to your elbows. |
ShaheedBinAliyu:So WHEN do we start talking about ibaadats? |
AbdelKabir:So you do use pictures? Im assuming you had all these pics saved on your computer or phone prior? So whats the ruling on those that took these pics you are illustrating with? |
nlugliest:Iran will use them either way they are treated. Iran is interested in creating Hezbollah-style militia in every country. They are desperately interested in making a 'Lebanon' of every country where a Shiite militia would be a key player in government. The problem may not necessarily be Shiism but Iranian funded Shiite imperialism. And for the multitude condeming the Kaduna State govt decision, hope you understand that it is a group ( so called IMN) which is a Nigerian Hezbollah spring board that was labelled as insurgents not all Shiites generally? |
Empiree:I tire oh |
lexiconkabir:He may be here to troll, I know. Now let's wait to see what he brings next. If he says nothing further, then we owe him thanks for the exposition. |
Empiree:I dey fine oh. 'Ve been travelling a lot lately. That's why. I hope u've been doing well too. Jazaakallaahu khairaa |
PAGAN9JA: |
Lol @lexiconkabir. Don't be in a hurry. Let's see what he aims to drive at. And 'nahkum bi dhaahir'(we judge by what is apparent). He might be a believer afterall, Not minding his moniker or antecedents. |
So true. This boko self. But only few muslims realise its negative effects. Especially delay of marriage. Thats why we see fornication everywhere nowadays. |
Jazaakallahu khairaa |
But why people creating stupid rumours like this now? Thanks for the correction |
Subhaanallaah. Ise Olohun ma tobi o. May Allaah make him steadfast. |
Im not sure but i think i use to have this type of condition which comes and go. This is the only prep. that works for me. Go to the iya Alagbos in d market, ask for eyin aro (if am correct) and one other thing which ive forgotten but u will be guided when you get there. Both will be mixed together. The resulting mixture will be a soapy liquid. Both wont cost u more than 50 naira (see the mercy of our creator). I use to see instant result when i use it. I still have at home which i use to suppress it when it wants to come out again. I am at Offa in Kwara state if you find it difficult to obtain where you are. u can call 08138452284 |
Do you still have them? I'm interested. |
@Op, jazaakallaahu khairaa. But pls modify the title of the thread. I think u mean to write "Is it sunnah to fast the whole of Sha'baan". Sha'baan not Ramadan. |
Excerpts from futuhul ghayb by His eminence, Mohyudeen, Sheikh Abdulqadiir Jilani, al Hasani al Husaini... "Do not attribute any state or station to yourself, and have no pretensions to such things. If you are granted a special state, or elevated to some station, do not become identified with that in any way at all, for Allah is every day about some business, effecting change and transformation. He may intervene between a man and his heart, thereby separating you from what you had professed to be your own, and making you different from what you had imagined to be your fixed and permanent condition. You will then be embarrassed in the presence of those to whom you made such claims, so you had better keep these things to yourself and not convey them to others. If something does prove stable and lasting, acknowledge it as a gift, pray for the grace to be thankful, and keep it out of sight. But even if it turns out otherwise, it will still bring progress in knowledge and understanding, enlightenment, alertness and discipline. Allah (Almighty and Glorious is He) has said: Such of Our revelations as We abrogate or cause to be forgotten, We replace with one better or as good. Do you not know that Allah has power over all things? (2:106)" |
tartar9:Scholars have given descriptions of the holy Prophet that have been culled from authentic Ahaadiiths. So if it matches the descriptions, then thats it. But wait, this should only be for the individual consumption and not to be bragged about. Only fools do that. Just like the eminent Sheikh Abdulqaadir Jilani (RA) advised in his futuhu l ghaib (seventh discourse) ,a masterpiece on how to get close to Allaah. If u see any sign, you shouldn't proclaim it to people. It might be a test from the creator. And u shouldn't feel secured by it cos Allaah is continuously changing conditions (kulla yawmin huwa fii sha'n). Elevating some people, bringing down some people etc. |
abbabkanwa:You should seek continuous nearness to Allaah, purify your heart from evil desires and engage in dhikr(remembrance of Allaah) with ur tongue non stop. Usually after years of steadfastness, Allaah MIGHT honour u with seeing the Prophet in ur dream. That also marks the attainement of a spiritual station. There is nothing wrong with this wish of yours. As it is borne out of genuine love of the Prophet (SAW). But dont go about deceiving people claiming to have seen what you saw not. “Narrated Ibn Umar (RA): Allah’s Messenger (PBUH) said, ‘The worst lie is that a person claims to have seen a dream which he has not seen.” (Hadith No. 7043, Book of Interpretation of Dreams, Sahih Bukhari, Vol. 9). Baarakallaahu fiihi |
lexiconkabir:To be able to get married nowadays sunnatically is tough. Sisters and their Waliyys are not helping matters. Its obvious he is a student. Perhaps his Parents would hear nothing of that. Which Waliyy is large hearted, wise and fearful of Allaah nowadays that will give his daughter out for marriage to a student who's probably not working. Also, which sister assents to that? Well there maybe few and unless he meets people like that, i'm afraid Misyar is an option still very much on the table. Frankly speaking, its a mess out there. Really tough not to engage in Zina. Thats the language the world understands. |
Na why I dey gbadun 'albaqir' be this. This is a very good and decisive counter arguement. Im now further reassured. |
Demmzy15:Yeah true bro. The prayer should be for a blessed woman. Thats the most important thing. |
Demmzy15:I share your sentiments. However, there is nothing wrong in seeking out a virgin if you are one yourself. Modified. |
Pls any mushroom farmer in Kwara? Pls drop your number and/or email ad. Thanks |
Christian, Court wedding? Several things not looking right here. However, I will posit that you should have put in more efforts to revert her back to Islaam during the past four years. It seems you underestimated how big an issue it will later become. Brother, she must change o. I repeat, she must revert back to Islaam before u marry her. This gentleman agreement that ur children will practice Islaam doesnt give much succour. It remains to be seen if she would abide by the terms of agreement. Hope u've not fixed a marriage date? Double ur efforts on making her see the right path(Islaam). Though only Allaah guides. But why court marriage? Pls refrain. |
Seeeeeeee:Bro, I'm more or less jobless myself. I also depend on Allaah for my daily upkeep while waiting for the ease Allaah has promised. Just wait for your time, man. Look at this Jumoke Orisaguna of a woman. You never can say, Allaah might have a similar plan for u. When? As early as tonight, if he wills. Just remember Allaah and keep ur duty to him and offend him not when your time comes. Robbanaa afrig alayna sobraa, wa thabbit aqdaamanaa, wansurnaa ala l qaomi l kaafiriin. Aamin. nb: dont pray/wish for ur affair to be like Jumoke's. I just cited her case to highlight how situations can change unexpectedly and drastically. |
Whether you get an Alfa or not, your destiny cant be changed. Maybe you have some money to throw away and you want to spend all on marabouts. Pls use the little money you still have on beneficial things, while waiting for your time. Remember Allaah says with hardship comes ease. |
AlBaqir:I concur. |
poshestmina:There is dignity in labour. Some Prophets of God and many great men and women of God were labourers also toiling in sun and rain. God's pleasure is the greatest comfort. Look if you people don't believe the scriptures or just don't care, then I'm sorry for wasting ur time. |
