Well first of all, which CBT guy is saying that you need number, I still did one change of institution Last year and one change of course 2018...
They can derive the profile code using his Gmail (only in the CBT center), visit another CBT center please.
He will pay for the change of course online or generate remita and go to bank for payment then, proceed with the change of course and print the slip out.

Except ifh has done change of course more than once this year.. (just one correction is possible each year).

And for the Sim number retrieval issue, that scenario is the norm here in Lagos, they will just ask for identification number... Go to another agent, I Know MTN is my aware of this but they'll help you do it....

Please don't panic, this is a small issue

I first noticed their criminality months ago so decided to pay 200mb for 3 days and like clockwork, they send a message 50mb remaining on second day evening though I never used the data at all, just wanted to catch them red handed. Tried it multiple times, same thievery or when they collect as much as 100 naira per day for FaceTime charges ? When I confirmed these people are purposely doing this shit is with the bonus data, Buy airtime of #200 naira, if ur sim is still under smartconnect luckily for u, they would give u an acclaimed bonus of 119.9mb, trust me switch on ur data cycle and watch closely, u wouldn't use uo to 50mb before they would remove the bonus What kind of cheating is that. I started using AIRTEL CUG since last year which as never develop any issue or complaint but last month 29 I did #500 CUG plan on each and we make use of it for just 4-5days, after those days there response was 'MY ACCOUNT IS TOO LOW FOR THIS CALL' whenever we call each other, whereas we still have an active sub on it. I've called AIRTEL customer care for like countless times but they kept on saying they will rectify in d next 18hrs and I'm done tired. Pls can anyone be of help on what to do. Thanks guys
