Last week, I lost my phone and the basterrd that found it refused to give it back so I decided to retrieve my sims.

MTN is just too good, within five minutes I was through.
BUT Airtel ahhhh, after getting affidavit and voters card the agent asked me of 5 previously dialed number, the numbers I provided didn't match and that was the end of my 15 years old 30k Econet Buddie cum Airtel Sim.

It was a sad end, I've lost all contacts, docs, pics etc.
I called their customer service tire, they couldn't do shitt too.

Mtn was successful because u provided the necessary ncc requirements

Their 20k plan gives 110gb. That's equivalent to 5.5gb for every #1,000.

A smart person will find cash and buy that 20k plan once, then keep rolling over every month with #1,000.

So, for each month, (if you always watch your data usage) you will get 7gb to browse.

That's for 20 months.

As opposed to getting 4.5gb for #2,000 per month.

So, it's like when you add that extra #1,000 every month you'll get 2.5gb as opposed to their original 1.5gb for #1,000.

It's a welcome back plan strictly for lines that have been abandoned for over 30 days. I previously dumped my Mtn data sim for Airtel which were giving me 1.5gb for 500 Naira. A friend told me and viola, it worked.

Lol, bought airtel and did their 250mb night plan, try to download a file of 150mb...it stopped at 98mb and next message is I've exhausted my data... I threw the sim away the next morning.
