Any link with any buyer in Abuja? |
Really worried about the channel. Their social media page PR on FB/Messenger is terrible. But X(twitter) seems active. I've DM via messenger...no avail! I just feel for the rising staff they've got. After much concern and search, I stumbled on this: https://prsdube16..com/2023/07/galaxy-tv-to-dark-on-multichoices-dstv.html How is OGTv, BISCON, Tiwa-n-Tiwa coping and Galaxy Tv cannot innovate? |

What a good discussion here. It helps. Just that I have similar and possibly more terrible challenges. My accent 2013 (automatic) stalls on gear 2 and beyond at the foot of a hill. So it doesn't climb or accelerate well. It gets noisy when I put my foot down and continues to stall. So I use the gear manually, then I get better performance. I've once tried working on “A” timing over advanced but the code still persists. I've changed the pump twice and plugs as well twice... The pump is dead again. I also noticed the air filter is dirty. I need suggestions on long-lasting solutions. These OEM parts, where to buy them self? I stay in Abuja. I remember another issue, it really takes hard work for the gear to count backward i.e. 4-3-2-1. That seems to contribute to the stalling. I scanned and The result of the scanning says: 1. P0625 - alternator 2. “A” Over advance timing camshaft blah blah... The car is gathering dust at the moment in my compound. |
rexwilson:Hi. Did you find one eventually? Or did the above contact deliver? |
Stumbled here because the alternator and eps lights are on - Hyundai accent 2012 I only took the car to this workshop (tuished and well-equipped workshop) to fix the bottom plate leaking and other servicing. Now I'm battling with eps light and alternator light. |
Same here! |
GRACEGLORY:Noted. |
I'm rooting for maxi 50" smart tv having seen the 58" mounted in my office two months ago. I've been seeing different model numbers of Maxi Tv 50" e.g. 1. Maxi 50” LED 4K Smart TV 50D2010 2. Maxi 50" 4K UHD Smart Android LED TV 3. Maxi 50" Inch Full HD LED TV 4. etc I beg which Maxi 50" has the best features if they are not the same. I want a good picture, a clear distinct sound, device cast, 3D active, all smart tv features - NetFlix, youtube, wifi, LAN etc. What android version dey inside self? There would be one that has more features than the other. Thank you. |
ebuks4ever:Permit me, I didn't get to see my car model having tried to read: Hyundai Accent 2013, 1.6L, Automatic Gear. What transmission fluid is easily found in the market that can work perfectly well for it? Thank you. |

Samsung J530 Pro (2017) I guess. Screen or calibrator replacement. Location: FCT or any referral. How much, Op?
|
Adewale1603:Thank you, Op. Same laptop. When on battery at the lowest brightness display, the screen flashes. I mean it will go brighter a little and returns after 4 seconds thereabouts. The process may now repeat itself after another 4-6 minutes I can't recall per se. But on a very bright display...be it on bat3 or charger, I don't notice it. What do you think? |
Adewale1603:I did. It worked. The two batteries started charging but not at the same time but interchangeably. After three hours, both were fully charged. I've repeated it for like three days now. I now realised that is how Lenovo has programmed the battery manager. BUT IS IT OKAY TO DEPLETE BATTERIES AND CHARGE UP ONCE B4 I CAN SAVE OR MAINTAIN BAT3 LIFESPAN? |
Hi Op. Battery not charging issue I have Lenovo Thinkpad 450s, windows 10 pro, two batteries - internal and external. Earlier the two batteries were fully charged, 100% separately. I tried knowing the capacity of the internal battery, so i pulled out the external battery and ran on the internal. . I was on internal for like 10 minutes and i decided to charge up, I just noticed the following: 1. at 95%, the internal battery refused to charge. Do do do do do do do for almost thirty minutes, nada!. 2. i put external battery back, the external read 100% and fully charged, still, the internal refused to charge. 3. i unplugged the charger to run on the batteries. when external depleted to 94%, i inserted the charger. 4. at 94% external battery, i inserted the charger, battery 2 (external) started to charge and it got to 100% and fully charged. 5. Internal battery, nada! didnt charge. maintained 95%. NOT CHARGING DISPLAYED. I'm scared of depleting internal battery at the moment...before i run into bigger trouble. 5. Please, is the system ok or sick? |
Hello Op. I would love to join the Audi family... I've used Volkswagen for 7 years. My experience with VW was great and cool. I trusted that machine anytime any day... Now, I crave for the Audi A3/A4 sedan or hatch. I love my cars small, rugged and dogged. #KD |
jjjkkkooo:So, Op, would you still love to use Honda City latest model if it comes your way? |
IS FREETV STILL ACTIVE? I've BEEN OUT OF CONNECTION/ SERVICE FOR ALMOST 24HOURS NOW. |

4. Does change of change warrants paying another acceptance fee? |
Hello. Great to stumble on this page. I've put in for M.Ed. I've paid the acceptance (via cafe), verified my o-level. Then I ran out of money that day. For all posts above, regarding the happenings are correct. My worries: 1. The unexpected money been asked for...at times 2. I tot timetable for lectures ought to be out to the public now. 3. This Feb 14th thing...what is it about? |
PLEASE HELP !!! ...so today I bought a FAMICARE 50AH Fast Battery Charger and connected it to my inverter+batteries. The charger has a current control switch labeled 1 to 10. According to the seller, he said I should use gear 5 to charge but according to the manual, if the battery is dead low, I should use 2/3 for best charging which I used and charged for 3 hours. the meter on the charger never reduced as it was stated in the manual that the meter reading will reduce as the charging increases, so I suspected maybe 3 won't work for the charging. Now I want to try 5 but before I do, I need the opinion of people who knows about this product, which gear is the best to use for a 24volt 200ah batteries and won't short the lifespan of my batteries ?? Hello! How did it go after 4 years. I just got one too... |
Hello everyone. I stumbled on this trend because I'm trying to dig out some facts on Honda City 2008 i-vtec. I even read posts of several arguments on Honda and Toyota - everyone advocates based on their experiences. I'm currently using three brands ranging from Honda to Volkswagen and Ford. I have the three in my garage. Each has got it's on Pro and Cons. Honda technicians and parts are all over the nation. Volkswagen technician are sparsely over the nation but concentrated in the northern region. Ford is even the worst of the three; I drive inter-city to fix it. My submission is: *Buy a car you can maintain* *, in fact, have a budget per season* 1. No brand is too bad or too good 2. Some of our mechanics are causing more damages to cars. 3. Some car users are not ready to fix their cars as suggested/ expected. 4. Avoid buying Nigerian used vehicle if you don't know its history. Since I've discovered a good technician and personally I've got a good ear to detect unwanted noise, I've been enjoying all the cars. I run a diagnosis on my car if the fault is not eye saw or wheel inclined before putting a tool. On Nairaland, CVT issues have been discussed at length to scare any prospect. CVT seems to be the next transmission technology. However, if you maintain any CVT according to the manufacturer's counsel; you may have no such issues not until many many years. I PROPOSE WE SHARE MORE OF CARS ISSUES AND THEIR SOLUTIONS TO HELP ANYONE OUT THERE. STILL AIMING HONDA CITY 2008/9.

ajealadick:How about pple outside PH city? |
Having read all posts. What about to brand a vehicle that is not meant for advert but just to brand the vehicle with several colours to make it appealing? What am I getting into? VIO? Police? Trouble! I wouldn't know. |
LKO:Well I like my own Golf 3. It has never given problem as described by others. I did not buy Belgium but Nigerian fully used for a while before I got it. It's on its 4th year with me... I ve not spent up to summation of N150k in the last 3 yrs thereabout |
@SolnergyPower Solar Panel Specification Wattage: 200W Voltage: 36.6V Charge Current: 5.46A When you connect your two solar panels in parallel, you will have Voltage: 36.6V. The Solar Charge Controller will take only 24V from here.... Charge Current: 10.94A (5.46A x 2)
I so much admire your patience with DIY. Kindly help my understanding here... Assuming the panels are working effectively; With the two panels in parallel now, am I to see 10.94A displayed on charge controller as calculated above or I will only see 5.46A displayed and assumed 10.94A is been delivered. (I tested the panels separately and both are working well). Thank you. |
SolnergyPower:Okay. Are you advising I change from pmw to Mppt? Do I necessarily need to ground/ earth my connection? If need be, the negative terminal goes the ground right? Or to earth the frame of the solar panel, inverter and then to the ground. |
SolnergyPower:Maximum current charge is 50A on the inverter and the charge controller is also 50A. About increasing the panel: Can two different wattage be used at same time in parallel. Example: 150w and 250w 250w and 200w Can mono and poly panels be used together as well. |
SolnergyPower:Please which one is "maximum charge current of the inverter" ...because logically more panels more current (A) and lesser time for battery to get fully charged. |
Hi. Can two solar panels of same voltage but different wattage be connected in parallel? For instance: One 250w and 200w Or One 150w and 250w |
SolnergyPower:Thank you. The peak I ever noticed on charge control has been 5.1 to 5.4 thereabout. 1. Will addition of two more panels give a lasting result? 2. Did you mean that the discharge I'm seeing is the excess of the 24v? 3. Can still connect my inverter to electricity at the same time? |
