Can I really achieve this? I want to embark on a 3 bedroom bungalow project in a community in Delta state. Aside having 100 bags of cement and 4 trips of sand. I have nothing else. Although I have a steady income which I can save 900k monthly after all expenses. I had intended too proceed on this project base on this. But seen online that such project can take up too 50m to finish scared of embarking on the project.

There's this call I have received about three times now.
The caller identified as a client saying someone gave him my number that I can handle his construction project.
He later deflected the conversation into procuring cement and aggregate, that if I have dealers I should make contact so the materials can be delivered to the supposed construction site, that payment will be made on delivery.

Is this a new way of scamming, robbing, and kidnapping such dealers?

You should look at 25 - 35 million.
I did a roofing recently for a building sitting on a 100ft by 50ft plot
Woodwork took 2.1million
Aluminum Sheet (0.45) took 4.4million

Instead of using steel trusses, they went for wooden trusses for such a span.

on Twitter myspace interaction we were advice to delete your emails if your email inbox is full and also remove the "B" on your email which might block spam messages and also cross check if you did put a wrong email address and finally that messages will still keep coming till Tuesday as some emails keep bouncing back ,so they are working on sending the remaining shortlisted message via test messages .
