I started my application at about 1AM, after much battle, I was able to proceed to the biodata page, I inputted my info and uploaded all necessary documents, on clicking "save and continue" the error prompt message of "you hit the rate limit because of too many requests" is was I got.
I tried over 30 times but still same error, mind you the time is now approaching 3 AM so I decided to go back to sleep while leaving the page and my data ON, woke up about 6AM and made few attempts, finally! it was submitted, i quickly downloaded the application page and guarantors form.

You need patience

I want to know the price. Because I sent at 3800 per bag plus 100naira(delivery and offloading) making it 3900 per bag and I bought it in large quantity. The issue is we arrived at Dangote price which is 3800 but today the cement people came here with the supaset Cement. I called the engineer he's saying the cement is good as well. I want to know the price difference between that cement and Dangote own.

I was told that those who were approved in Dec.2021 will have to pay #7,000 for security seal(the paper seal) that, it is only the certificate and iron stamp that will be given by COREN. After all the money paid for registration and 2022 payment, COREN is becoming something else.,this is uncalled for.

COREN just want to exploit us, from the notification letter the 63k paid was said to cover the issuance of certificate, stamp and seal. Why are they now demanding another cash when we haven't been issued any of the items listed on our notification letter.

I went for one interview for the role of a facility manager with one big hospitality company in my place. During the interview, the GMD looked at me and said; you don't look like someone who is honest, as a facility manager, I see you as one who will inflate the prices of materials when you prepare bills and estimates regarding to repair and maintenance works.
