United States. N6m can bring you over here and get you started/established but the US visa (visiting, student visa etc) is more difficult to obtain now than before.

United State barely give people visa,u need to see how they bounce people at there embassy every day,don't advise anyone to go to US for now,it's better he channel his resources around Canada, Australia or Germany which is 80% chance of granting him visa

The more reason everyone needs to vote out this blood thirsty government and install a leader who is sympathetic to its citizens,buhari is a wicked soul from hell fire,pls don't vote APC or buhari if u don't want this barbaric herders going around maiming and killing people with impunity
