What type of insurance do you have for prospective investor? So many Nairaland menbers have lost their hard earned money to many fraudulent farmers on this forum. When it is time to pay the agreed returns, that is when stories will start. Some will claim herdsmen ate up the plantation or fire razed down all the crops. That is what is scarring prospective passive investors.

I asked because that was how Plantainville Cooperative Multipurpose Society of Igbemo-Ekiti swindled us with Plantain project.. He later introduced Igbemo Rice project and solicited for funds. I hope you are not the same guy who is rebranding for a second fraud.

Incase of a recalcitrant tenant who is a habitual rent defaulter ends up in litigation to evict him, who pays litigation fees? Is it your company or the landlord?

That is the normal practice, if you have more than two Investment properties you can negotiate to 5%.


Who screened the tenants? If the defaulting tenant was screened by the lawyer, the legal fees for the eviction of the tenant will be reduced.

Tenants fear the lawyer more than the property owners

If as a property owner you engage an estate agent who source for tenants, collect rents and remove 10% agency fees. Who pays for cost of litigation between the landlord and the Estate agent should there be need to take a tenant to court?
