Na so. That is how contractors spoil their chances of building a clientele by being penny wise, pound foolish. If the contractor had effected repairs this won't have happened. Now prospective clients will be scared in engaging him for jobs.

What is the condition stated in your tenancy agreement? If you signed a tenancy agreement that states that you are entitled to 3 months notice to quit, then your landlord is right but if it states 6 months, then the landlord is wrong.

Then what is the basis of comparison. You stated the cost of the ordinary soakaway but you don't want to state your cost for comparison. Na wa o.

Stop living in the past, BIODIGESTER IS A NEW NORMAL.
SMALL LAND SPACE,
SMALL MONEY,
ZERO MAINTENANCE,
ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY.

To construct a standard SOAKAWAY cost between 550k to 650k but a standard BIODIGESTER SYSTEM cost far less than this and with biodigester, it is zero evacuation/maintenance

Call/ wathsapp - ACEWELL ENGINEERING 0805-2729-558
You know the cost of constructing a standard soakaway but you cleverly hid the amount you charge for your service.

He got your question. You did not get his response. He was simply saying google will give you the website of FMDQ where you can get an idea of prices of all the FGN bonds. That aside, the closing mid price of the 12.4% 18 March 2036 is N96.4 per unit. Meaning your offer price will be slightly higher if you wish to buy e.g. +N1 to N3 and lower if you wish to sell e.g. -N1 to N3

So your example of wanting to purchase N2m worth at e.g. N98 will give you 20,408 units which will have a par value of N2,040,816. And yes you get the annual interest paid on the face value of the units held twice a year.
Thank you very much for the detailed explanation.

Google bond market price list from FMDQ, that will give you an idea of the current price of the bond...
You didn't get my question. When one ask questions it is not only for the benefit of the person who asked the question but for other newbies to benefit too. You quoted 2 figures -bid and offer, assuming I want to invest #2m in the 12.4% bond, how much will I pay? I know I will still get interest of 12.4% dividends in a year, paid twice every 6 months. Google will not show me this. Thank you.

You can buy from the secondary market through your Stockbrokers or bank.

Find attached the updates after today's bond trading as it was sent to me 5 minutes ago
Please can you explain further on the table? Using #2m and targeting 12.4% 2036 as example, how much will i pay to purchase #2m worth To enable me earn 12.4% annual coupon.

Do you know this guy from somewhere?
Search for "erukulele" and "Igbemo Plantainville" on the search engine and you will notice that his posts started from 1978. He solicited for fund for cultivation of Plantain and promised investors return on investment. After collecting funds from unwary investors, he created a WhatsApp group. He paid investors once and thereafter absconded. He refused to pay back investors capital and return on investment. He is now back thinking investors he defrauded would have forgotten.

What type of insurance do you have for prospective investor? So many Nairaland menbers have lost their hard earned money to many fraudulent farmers on this forum. When it is time to pay the agreed returns, that is when stories will start. Some will claim herdsmen ate up the plantation or fire razed down all the crops. That is what is scarring prospective passive investors.

No it doesn't get full.
It cannot get full (except sanitary pads or diapers are flushed into it, which we all know as the causes of chamber blockages)
It last as long as the building is still standing.

The major components installed in the biodigester instantly decomposes faeces and converts it into water. The technology behind this system is amazing.
Assuming sanitary pads, diapers and used condoms are flushed into it and it gets full, what happens?
