If the engineering is right, why not.
All it takes is a nation embracing industrialisation first, technology next and innovation to crown it all.
But where a country like Nigeria can only boast of concrete as an industrial material of construction such will remain a pipe dream (pun intended).

And for this building, with the exception of the foundations there will not be a single ounce of concrete used to erect it because concrete simply cannot carry such loads in such a short time span. So the main materials of construction will be metals, composites and plastics and these are specialised and highly industrialized materials.

So the bottom line is: Get the basics right. Get industry functional and all another things will be possible.

What Matters is the Foundation that Holds building.
What Matters is the Quality of the Foundation of that building.
If the Foundation is not solid, it does not matter how Beautiful and Big it is , it is a Waste of Time.

WOW!! This is an awesome innovation.

The level of the Chinese's technological advancement is out of this world, and the approach to this building is worth emulating in all spheres of construction.

I wish these ones repairing roads in Obodo Nigeria could learn from their counterparts and do better, because the suffering on the roads these days especially in Lagos is too much.

Hope you also think of it that, the building could be assembled, perhaps the parts have been constructed for weeks if not months and just assembled in preffared location for 28hours

Something like this was built in Lagos at Amuwo Odofin. It is precast and assembled on site.

East job. Cost less, more energy efficient and more time friendly. Already in Namibia, but if the real estates bandits grab hold of this Cots, they'll inflate the price by 500%

Not true...it is more than 24 hours. The time spent in putting component parts in place takes weeks if not month.

If you say assembly of the house in 24 hours... I will agree. What happens to furniture and fittings...why don't you show us the inside of the building.
