And to be frank this platform is also a good place to start from... U just have to be careful who u trust. By the way am into graphic design and web development. Love from a finalist like u. |
Hey bro... Look at the brighter side... U now have an extra year to get Ur self equipped with that skilled u always wanted to learn. An extra of no much stress... It's just one course dat u have to worry about now... All the remaining time is for u to focus and grab a useful skill while leaving the school system. So cheer up bro... It will all be history soonest. Love from a finalist just like u. |

Leobed:You can search the image via Google Image or bing image search. Though u might need a higher quality of the image for better result.. |
Rolinson:I think posting the error log would help determine the issue... Personally I can't see anything wrong with the code logic. |
Badboibipo:Since u said u included php.... I want to believe that that your sql db was also included in your php connection and input function code. if that's the case then the input data u are asking of would be in your database file. |
For me I see programming just like maths... It's has a universal language pattern... the syntax of a particular programming language doesn't change and that's why an India guy can teach ur coding even without knowing much English... So the ability to get everyone to understand the syntax of a particular programming language irrespective of their local language and background is where the great deal lies... So like maths where 2+2=4 is well understood by everyone irrespective of where u are from likewise var a =2; var b=4; var c = a +b; should be also well understood by everyone irrespective of their background or local language. Just my thought though |
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/34362470/load-modal-after-form-submit I think this should be ur best bet... I just finished working on something close to that in my current project... |
DanielJohn316:yes exactly |
DanielJohn316:I also experienced that in my early days of coding.... Am currently on glass for over 3 years+ now... My best advice is to control your screen brightness and go see ur doctor again.... it's possible that the glasses u are using doesn't suit ur condition... Also try to use light filter of your devices.... it helps me alot too |
Donpre:Exactly what was on my mind .... Hardly will you see an experienced programmer listing all those in his/her portfolio... Mind u... That u were able to print "Hello World" in any programming language doesn't make you an expert in that language.... Just saying though |
currently based in Nsukka.... core php dev with over 3 years of experience.... |
All this posters bashing the OP what is really the color of ur problem. The dev community is already filled with enough frustration. Show some compassion please OP 4 years definitely is large enough to learn just html and css but if u are really good at it(css), it will be an advantage for u.. Hopefully you should be able to write your own mini css framework with all you have learnt. Happy code mate... |
it's ampersand nah.... |
Adverts! Adverts!! Adverts!!!.... that the bottom line |
Go on bro... I have been using their service for years now and I have no regret over that... |
check the directory to your image folder you may need to change it to something like ../your_image_folder_path/image_name.image_formart |
I think what you are asking for is how to limit the number of character from each of the message before viewing the details(more like what happens in mail box) if that's the case then u should follow follow what Mrchusenvessel just said. A php substr function could do that for u something like echo substr ('message', 0, 20)...; |
