I'm not sure if I've commented here before but I'm making this comment primarily because of Graceglory previous post.

I'm not an alternate account btw, just a silent follower of this beautiful thread. I joined this thread in 2021 after losing millions of naira to crypto, Openheaven was a force on this thread then and many more good people, and came back this year March when I was ready to try again and was surprised the thread was still going strong.

I consistently read every post since then and was able to distinguish 3 to 4 monikers like Ilegend and Graceglory and follow some of their calls, sometimes they make mistakes but their good calls outweigh the wrong ones.

I also noticed some monikers like Alexa, etc but was hoping we all can get along in peace but alas here we are now.

I will address some set of people based on my perceptions of them and hope they take it with kindness.

1. Graceglory, I don't know what's going through your mind at this time, but I want you to make a decision that you will be proud of even in years time, There's dignity in nobility. You've proven over and over that you know what you do here. I've seen you make very few mistakes though, but your good calls outweigh the error. (One of my major holding is a coin you called, it has done 2x already)
Phil 4: 8( Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy--meditate on these things.) is my favourite bible quote and I use it to guide my decision-making. Kindly use this too, I totally agree with @omobola's post, so I won't say much.


2. Chikacha, Doyin01, Crazymommy etc, I totally understand you guys' pov and line of reasoning, but don't you think you could have expressed your opinion in an opposing yet dignifying way without taking out any form of respect to whoever you address? We are just but humans and have our limits and propensities. As much as your intent was great because truth be told, if every contributor leaves here ,someone like me won't meet anything when I came back in March, but you were too harsh , and sounded condescending in your posts about this issue. Please let's always disagree with love and kindness. You may call it being straight talker, but there's something noble about diplomacy, trust me. Please I beg you all

3. Alexa and all his many alt monikers.( Please, don't try to castigate me, it's very obvious) - I really do not wish to address you to start with, but felt I should. This might be the only time I will though depending on your response . I don't really know what you're going through or what your thoughts process might be, but can you please tone it down? I see a heart nursing hurt and trying to stand for himself against all odds but I also see one that doesn't know when to leave the stage, I see one that crave for attention and needs to be heard and applauded. You're good in your own way and you need no one's validation to show this. I've seen people practically humiliate you, reduced you to nothing, yet it never dawned on you to take some steps back. I really really wish you well, believe me and my heart breaks when I see your attitude around here and how people despair you. And my sincere prayers for you is that you get the good things your heart truly needs. Can you have a bit of thorough introspection to get a clearer perspective of our concerns please? I really wish you do.

Lastly, @everyone, there's a lot going on in the world already, let's be kind towards ourselves, most of us are too forceful and condescending in most of our posts, and it's not every post you respond to,

P.S I don't like paid group tbh because I feel the owner has a lot of commitments to make it work and might make wrong call. I have lots of them I follow, like block whisperer, Steve etc I don't do any subscription,I just follow the season and read) watch lots of great stuff online.

And, secondly, I have written my Statement of intent, but I just want to be sure of how to address it to avoid any hiccups. Can I use a more general approach?

I used my access bank then the limit was $200, so it went through easily...but with this new limit ,you can use barter by flutterwave..I used this for my visa application.

Secondly, just Google sop for your intending course and use it to write yours. Try to make your sop relatable.

Your wife should be the PA, it's even to your advantage as she studied French, as she would be the best person to write TEF (read about this on page 1) to give you guys additional points . TEF is good, if she doesn't have any other certificate aside Bsc but not compulsory o..

So you should study well for IELTS, and she should study well for both IELTS and TEF(if she wishes to)
