I really need help on this NIN/NIMC issues

I want to call the attention of NIMC to the plight of this year jamb issues.
I have spent alot trying to get profile code all to no avail.

Keep receiving No record found for NIN or contact NIMC.
I checked they website got their numbers called all the four phone numbers, keep receiving not reachable.
Sent text messages still no response.
Please I believe am not the only one going through this situation, I registered for NIN since February went back to the center I registered and complain and was told it is not from them.
