You are part of the problem we have in the country. The police gave a report that the killers are yet to be identified. Many people don't know Ahmed Gulak except for today. His death seemed like a political assassination. But South West BMC's like u are always quick to blame ESN and IPOB. werey Tinubuadvocate: |

This road was repaired in 2015 and the mischievious South West BMC's and pomo boys don't want to post it. #E-diots DenreleDave: |

We may not all agree to Nnamdi Kanu's approach to his struggle, but we would be lying to ourselves that he is not making progress. Prior to this time, the cabal has held our collective destinies at ransom, playing politics of religion and ethnicity when it suits them. Today's agitation is as a result of a failed system, a failed Nigerian state, and not necessarily about Nnamdi Kanu. All over the country, the youths are restless, jobless, hungry and angry while the cabals have their kids in the choicest universities in Europe and America. Interestingly, the agitation for an independent state of Biafra has; 1. cleared the veil from our eyes to begin to ask pertinent questions about our corporate existence in this entity called Nigeria 2. Political office holders are for ones jittery knowing fully well that the youths have awoken to the consciousness that power belongs to the people. 3. The call for restructuring is loudest and Nigeria cannot feign ignorance of it, else a break up is imminent. 4. The national Assembly has demanded for the report of the 2014 national conference which provided a roadmap for solving some of our challenges but which the PMB led govt archived 5. Never again will the youths vote in a divisive President as Buhari as we're all directly or indirectly suffering from his actions and divisive statements in office. I am Igbo and I would prefer a new Nigeria built on fairness, equity and Justice to a sovereign state of Biafra. But if the former is not achievable, saying no to Biafra agitation is like postponing the evil days. |
I disagree with the arewa youths , because the coup was planned by the young Nigerian military men that believed that the politicians then were extra corrupt just as it happened in 1983, so that was a military coup and not Igbo and because it was not planned by only one tribe, Gowon was the deputy head of state, however, Gowon and Danjuma have continued to brainwash the poor masses to believe that the coup was an Igbo coup, while the following list below shows the officers that were involved on both sides of the coup as well as their ethnic backgrounds. Conspirators Maj. Kaduna Nzeogwu ( Igbo ) Maj. Adewale Ademoyega (Yoruba), author of "WHY WE STRUCK" Maj. Emmanuel Ifeajuna ( Igbo ) Maj. Timothy Onwuatuegwu ( Igbo) Maj. Don Okafor ( Igbo ) Capt. G. Adeleke ( Yoruba) Lt. Fola Oyewole ( Yoruba), author of "THE RELUCTANT REBEL" Lt. R. Egbiko (Esean) Lt. PM Okocha ( Igbo ) Lt. Tijani Katsina(Hausa/Fulani) Lt. O. Olafemiyan ( Yoruba) Capt. Gibson Jalo (Bali) Capt. Swanton (Middle Belt) Lt. Dag Warribor ( Ijaw ) 2nd Lt. Saleh Dambo ( Hausa ) 2nd Lt. John Atom Kpera ( Tiv) Capt. Ben Gbulie ( Igbo ). The coup was planned and executed by every Nigerian tribe? Somebody should help them with brain. |
There is rising ethnic tension in the country, we have been divided beyond far beyond our own imagination, we have forgotten we are unemployed, we are fanning the embers of war, a war we still do not know how it will turn out to be, who the real victors will be. At the end, one thing is certain, we will all lose, both the victor and the vanquished. lets ask ourselves this question, why is no legislator moving for restructuring? Your answer is as good as mine, under the present system, they earn more than they would earn if they become regional parliamentarians. In other words, they are always united in matters of common interest, why cant the youths be united too, across ethnic, party, religious divide. Statistics show that Nigeria is made up of 60% youths, that mean to say we can actually chose a youth president if we agree to. But then comes the big question, will he be igbo, hausa or yoruba? The day we stop asking the tribe question is the day we begin to live... |

Marginalisation since 1914. U fought a war in the East and u start reconstructing the West. Yet, they want to force it down our throats dat we are one Nigeria, Never! |
GEJ is fore sighted. He inadvertently knew we wud get here some day, hence, his earlier decision to remove subsidy. But some uniformed idiots decided to occupy Nigeria at freedom park, exposing their gullibility to the whole world...#changeINDEED |
