You can see that the time varies.

This is serious ooo. I called Chevron this morning and the lady i spoke to said she is not in the position to explain,after much pleading she said she can only forward my call to the Agbami session. I thanked her and she did forwarded my call. To my surprise the guy that's supposed to handle the Agbami issue denied knowing of anything like Agbami Scheme. I asked him if he doesn't work in Chevron, he said he works in chevron but has never heard of Agbami. He was just blabbing up and down. This minute he say this next minute he say that.
