I'd suggest that you read the visa guidance again, please.
The date of online submission is the date of your application and that is the date the ECO will use in assessing your application and your funds. That is why the exchange rate used is for the day that you submit your application online.
The date of your biometrics isn't the date of your application.
If you've not had your biometrics, please withdraw your application and submit after your POF is 28 days old to avoid wasting your funds.

The visa guidance is there for a reason. Wanting to get earlier dates isn't a reason to flout the rules and is not an excuse with UKVI.
If the money isn't in your account for at least 28-days before you submit your visa application online, the ECO is right to refuse the application according to the Student visa rules.

You must have the money for 28 days BEFORE you apply.
The application date is the date when you fill the form and pay visa and IHS fees, and NOT the date of biometrics at TLS.
Check the official website on Gov.Uk.

I understand this thread is for student VISA, but I will like to seek your advice on a UK visitor VISA. My wife is travelling for a business meeting in the UK (Invitation received from the UK company) using Standard visitor VISA, but will be travelling with our 7months old baby. We will like to know if the baby needs to apply for a standard visitor VISA just like the mother. Though, we had tried this but the questions are not so related to that of a baby (e.g. "How long have you been staying in your address", if we put 6months, it says we MUST put where he had stayed for the last 2 years), there are other sections like how much he planned to spend in the UK. Your advice will be much appreciated.

No. You must wait till your POF is mature before submitting your application online and paying your visa/IHS fees.
You can start your online application before then bit don't submit be fore POF maturity.

This is my wife's guide to help ;
Pof matured 2nd of December.
Submitted on third for CAS.
CAS Issued on 8th of Decembe.
Application made on 9th.
Got 17th of December for Biometric(Tsl ikeja)
Did walk in on the 10th December , friday.
We got there 5:30 am, with 18th on the list(this was God's favor )by 4:30 pm, she was done.

Study Gap 10. Year's.
Admission is self applied through the school reps gotten from Education fair attended in Eko hotel.

I Make use of Agent advice/services for visa application.

Document uploaded ;

1.Work reference from church(worker) cover 2 years experience as the latest/current work experience/proof of work.

Note; there were 3 reference letter,;1Accademics and two work reference from school teaching and church worker.

2.Cv which covers work experience majorly in teaching,
less than one year school ownership (no proof of ownership as the school is not even registered)
and volunteering job in NGO.

Marriage certificate and affidavit for change of name submitted

Degree certificate

CAS

OLEVEL(NECO)

12 million proof of fund.

No prior travel experience nor Visa rejection

paid mail send on the 24th , reply got on the 27th( decision made)

Transfer to VAC on 30th of December, 2021.

Receive by VAC and collection mail gotten on that same day.

Pasport collected on 31st with study visa granted.

School: oxford Brookes University.

Course :Master of public health.

This is just grace.

Not feasible for a dependant. Dependant for the student visa has lots of restrictions.

When applying for visa for me and my dependants (wife and kid) we only attached the wedding certificate through the assisted service as proof of marriage..... what is our chance of getting the visa without nsf?

I had 20m on 3rd November. Today is 23 December and all I have is 200k.
Does that change the fact that I had 20m on 3rd November? No
Does that mean my statement of 3rd November is false? No

They call to confirm my current balance ? Or to confirm that the information I submitted to them stating that I had 20m on 3rd November is true?

I know people that have moved funds not after biometrics o... after CAS. Today, they're in the UK Sir.

A statement of account will reflect the true state of the account on the dates printed.
In 5 years if you print those same dates it's the same figures you'll get regardless transactions after that date.
Doesn't mean it's falsified.
