On Monday morning, I activated Dan "BIN" to 300. At this point I was very apprehensive, not knowing what will be the ends user's response ( maybe he would ghost me as usual or say "I'm not interested again"

In the evening, I summoned courage to send him the "BIN URL" and after a few minutes, Dan messaged with sale mail.

On Tuesday, I initiated Domain push at Namecheap, this was very slow at DAN's end. The push got accepted yesterday.

One thing we all should know is that there isn't any secret any magic to domaining ....there is nothing IcauseTrouble and other gurus will teach one that hasn't been thought freely on this thread, namepros, twitter etc

Lol! If you believe this, you are not serious! There is a difference between someone making 1k monthly and someone making 30k monthly. That difference is the magic! Domaining is quite broad, if you check Expired domain alone, there are so many tweaks that if you are not privy to them, you won't know where to hit gold and you will keep wasting time and getting frustrated. An expert in the game will tell you where to go and where to be and gbam, you hit the gold. So, guy, trust me, there is something (It might even be right there in our faces but because we don't know what it is, you will keep searching but never find the gold).

Domaining is something that u have to find Ur own angle already the basics, principles and everything are already laid down.

Everyone has there curve ..some ppl may just build up on a little idea and keep it simple like just aiming to reg two-words .coms from drops at reg fee over a year repeating same process and avoiding any other thing else like auctions, trends, backorders, outbound, cctlds...focusing on just that...and may end up becoming successful in just 5 to 6 months then building on that to scale and avoid all the noise.

Success is different to everyone (Making 2k dollars monthly might be success to some, while success to some is 20k dollars)

Another person may decide to try all other things for several years and failing before settling for one method that works and scale from that....u can see everyone's journey & experiences can't be the same in domaining...

In 2022, I outbounded only on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays, sometimes Friday. Sometimes Just once or twice in those working days. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday for other stuffs. I noticed like Tuesdays are better off than Mondays. Like on Mondays end users still dey rest I don't know sha. But, Tuesday's seems to be when things kick.

Time: 2PM -12PM works. But I noticed from 4-9pm they make sense or even 6pm-to 9pm. By 9:30pm or 10pm i done sleep and off for the next day.

1. if given the funds i will register some names while some i wont.

A. locksmithcoralspring.com(expired)-- i made a grave mistake with this one. it should be coral springs not coralm spring. i goofed up big time so i dint bother to outbond this domain. So NO, i wont register this if i had the chance. i should have checked for spellings of any city word first.

B. Junkcarbuy.com(expired)--- Already ideaspro has scrutinized this for me. he said it should have been junkcarbuyer.com which he was absolutely right. so if i had the chance again i wont register it.

C. Columbuscontructioncompany.com(handreg)--- i saw someone in this thread sold dallasconstructioncompany.com I also checked dan.com to check for related domains (learnt it from ikhalifahs blog), and no related domains so i bought it hoping for a sale, so if i had the chance to buy this again then Yes, i would.(please this is based on what i have read on the entire thread. i know am in no position to say or argue that i bought the right domain).

D. Orlandohousesale.com(expired)-- i would probabaly say a Yes(based on what i was taught) to this because its a combination of city+ a service (baesed on my knowledge and training i had. i also checked for endusers and i saw upto 20 endusers

E. Dryerandventcleaning.com, lawntreeservice.com,landscapingandfencing.com,landscappingtreeservice.com, Paintingandrefinishing.com,( all expired) I would say A very big wonderful NO to these.Infact NO, NO NO and NO. this is because in as much as they are Exact match domains and keyword rich, they are not niches that sells. i have never seen past sale on these niches. fewer end user. i bought it because they are EMD domains and it will appeal to endusers.

F. Hendesonvilleplumbing.com--NO. Hendesonville is a small poplulation. Some endusers dont base solely in hendersonville. so few plumbers in the city. some endusers main service area is a bigger city close to hendesonville so each time i search for endusers i end up with endusers from other cities also serving hendersonville.

G. Chicagobuildingcontractor, Nycityroofincontractor (hand reg)-- i will say YES to this (all factors remain constant), because i have seen related sales to this in namepros and this nairaland. i have a large inventory of keywords. almost 400 keywords and past sales.

H. nycitymanagedit.com, miamiflmanagedit.com,greaterorlandomanagedit.com(all handreg)-- i bought it because i saw someone recently sold riversidemanagedit and greaterbostonmanagedit so i gave it a shot. it has alot of endusers too

I. Nycitylocksmith.com(handreg)-- YES (based on my knowlwdge) i taught i hit a jackpot when i found out that this domain is unregistered because locksmith is a common and selling keyword and newyork is a large city. but nothing came out of this.

i forgot to mention that all my domains are priced $249!!!
